创新驱动发展战略下企业创新人才协同培养研究

【摘要】:实施创新驱动发展战略,是我国立足国内外形势及当前发展局势作出的重大决策。创新驱动实质上是人才驱动。企业是实施创新驱动发展战略的重要主体,创新人才是企业科技创新的重要载体。提高企业自主创新能力,探究企业创新人才协同培养问题具有重要意义。随着创新驱动发展战略深入实施,企业的创新人才已不能完全满足发展的需求。企业中的创新人才缺乏,创新人才之间协同联动不足,协同培养机制缺失等问题,严重地制约了企业自主创新能力的提高。加强企业创新人才协同培养有利于解决这一问题。企业创新人才协同培养是以企业为培养主体,对企业内部不同部门的创新人才进行协同培养的一种新模式。企业是创新人才的直接使用主体,企业内部加强创新人才培养,不仅能提高创新人才的“量”,而且能增强创新人才的“质”。创新人才是企业的战略性和稀缺性资源,如何在有限资源下发挥创新人才协同效应以及如何提高企业创新人才的“质”和“量”,实现企业可持续发展?通过对云南省创新型企业整体现状分析,企业创新人才协同培养存在观念、制度、文化等方面的障碍,其主要成因有育人观念狭隘、培养机制不健全、创新文化建设不到位等。本文从观念层面、制度层面和文化层面对企业创新人才协同培养的进行了机理分析。本文主要分为五个章节。第一章:导论。主要阐述了企业创新人才协同培养的选题背景及研究意义、问题的提出,以及研究思路及方法等。第二章:理论概述。对创新驱动发展战略、企业创新人才及协同培养理论进行了概述,重点界定了企业创新人才协同培养的概念和协同培养主客体。第三章:实证分析。以云南省创新型企业为例,分析了对企业创新人才协同培养的障碍及其成因。第四章:机理分析。在以上问题的讨论上,从观念层面、制度层面、文化层面对企业创新人才协同培养进行了机理分析。第五章:哲学思考。对创新驱动发展战略和企业创新人才协同培养及其相互关系上升到哲学层面进行了分析。
[Abstract]:The implementation of innovation-driven development strategy is an important decision made by our country based on the domestic and foreign situation and the current development situation. In essence, the innovation-driven strategy is talent driven, and the enterprise is the main body of implementing the innovation-driven development strategy. Innovative talent is an important carrier of scientific and technological innovation in enterprises. It is of great significance to improve the ability of independent innovation of enterprises and to explore the cooperative cultivation of innovative talents. With the implementation of innovation-driven development strategy, The innovative talents of enterprises can no longer meet the needs of development, the lack of innovative talents in enterprises, the lack of coordination and linkage among innovative talents, the lack of cooperative training mechanisms, and so on. It seriously restricts the improvement of the independent innovation ability of enterprises. Strengthening the cooperative cultivation of innovative talents in enterprises is helpful to solve this problem. The cooperative cultivation of innovative talents in enterprises takes enterprises as the main body of cultivation. A new mode of collaborative cultivation of innovative talents in different departments of enterprises. Enterprises are the direct users of innovative talents, and enterprises strengthen the cultivation of innovative talents within enterprises. It can not only improve the "quantity" of innovative talents, but also enhance the "quality" of innovative talents, which are the strategic and scarce resources of enterprises. How to bring into play the synergetic effect of innovative talents under limited resources and how to improve the quality and quantity of innovative talents in order to realize the sustainable development of enterprises? Through the analysis of the whole situation of innovative enterprises in Yunnan Province, the author finds that there are some obstacles in the cooperative cultivation of innovative talents in Yunnan Province, such as concept, system, culture and so on. The main causes of these obstacles are the narrow concept of educating people, the imperfect training mechanism, and so on. The innovation culture construction is not in place and so on. This paper is divided into five chapters. Chapter one: introduction. The background and significance of cooperative training of innovative talents in enterprises are discussed. The second chapter: the summary of theory, the strategy of innovation-driven development, the theory of enterprise innovation talents and cooperative cultivation. This paper mainly defines the concept of cooperative cultivation of innovative talents in enterprises and the subject and object of collaborative cultivation. Chapter three: empirical analysis. Taking innovative enterprises in Yunnan Province as an example, This paper analyzes the obstacles and causes of collaborative cultivation of innovative talents in enterprises. Chapter 4th: mechanism analysis. In the discussion of the above problems, from the concept level, the system level, This paper analyzes the mechanism of cooperative cultivation of innovative talents in enterprises at the cultural level. Chapter 5th: philosophical thinking. This paper analyzes the development strategy driven by innovation and the cooperative cultivation of innovative talents in enterprises and their mutual relations to the philosophical level.
