外资在华企业协同创新网络与创新绩效的关系研究

【摘要】：本文基于创新理论、利益相关者理论、协同及协同创新理论,通过梳理现有文献,构建出外资在华企业协同创新网络概念模型。借鉴国内外权威文献和研究,得出本文各变量与测量指标,据此设计调查量表与调查问卷。以实地调研和问卷星平台这两种方式收集了 257家外资企业调查问卷,运用SPSS,AMOS软件对数据进行信度与效度分析,并构建出结构方程模型路径图,用结构方程模型对外资在华协同创新网络与创新绩效的关系加以进一步研究,最后提出相应的对策建议。通过实证研究,本文的假设均得以验证,即“外企—政府”协同创新网络对“外企—内企”协同创新网络、“外企—中介”协同创新协网络和“外企—研究机构”协同创新协网络均有正影响作用;“外企—内企”协同创新网络、“外企—中介”协同创新网络、“外企—研究机构”协同创新网络、“外企—外企”协同创新网络对创新绩效的影响也为正影响;基于本文的实证结果,提出对策建议:加大对外资在华企业技术创新支持的力度,政府出台区域差别特征的优惠政策,加强产权制度环境的建设,鼓励本土企业与外资企业合作研发,创新网络各行为主体之间建立信任机制,全程严格把控与高校(含科研院所)的合作,完善中介机构服务系统。
[Abstract]:Based on innovation theory, stakeholder theory, collaboration and collaborative innovation theory, this paper constructs a conceptual model of collaborative innovation network for foreign-funded enterprises in China by combing the existing literature, drawing lessons from authoritative literature and research at home and abroad. The variables and measurement indexes of this paper are obtained, according to which the questionnaire and questionnaire are designed. 257 foreign enterprises questionnaire are collected by field investigation and questionnaire platform, and the reliability and validity of the data are analyzed by using the software SPSS Amos. A path map of structural equation model is constructed, and the relationship between collaborative innovation network and innovation performance of foreign capital in China is further studied by using structural equation model. Finally, the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward. All the hypotheses in this paper have been verified. That is, "Foreign-Government" collaborative innovation network has a positive effect on "Foreign-Insider Enterprise" Collaborative Innovation Network, "Foreign-Intermediate" Collaborative Innovation Association Network and "Foreign-Enterprise-Research Institution" Collaborative Innovation Association Network. The cooperative innovation network of domestic enterprises, the cooperative innovation network of "foreign enterprise-intermediary", the collaborative innovation network of "foreign enterprise-research institution" and the influence of collaborative innovation network of "foreign enterprise-foreign enterprise" on innovation performance are also positive. Based on the empirical results of this paper, the paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions: to increase the support for technological innovation of foreign-funded enterprises in China, to introduce preferential policies of regional differences, and to strengthen the construction of property rights system environment. We should encourage local enterprises to cooperate with foreign enterprises in R & D, innovate the trust mechanism among various actors in the network, strictly control the cooperation with colleges and universities (including scientific research institutes) throughout the whole process, and perfect the service system of intermediary institutions.
