中小企业应对国际贸易对策分析

【摘要】：随着我国对外开放的不断深入,特别是一带一路战略的实施,为我国广大企业参与国际贸易竞争与合作,提供了更加广阔的舞台。我国广大中小企业在全民创业、万众创新的大潮中,利用自身优势,发挥我国劳动力成本较低、资源相对丰富等优势,加大参与国际贸易的力度,努力形成千船竞发,大力发展外贸业务的良好局面,带动我国区域经济的快速发展。当前,大型企业虽然占有资源较多,生产效率较高,但由于受市场需求的限制,多数处于开工不足的状态,一些大中型企业不得不通过实施减员增效的方式,来维持运营。而对于广大中小企业而言,由于其规模小、投资强度弱,应对市场变化的灵敏度高,可以根据市场需求及时进行生产调整,从而更好地适应市场的需求。随着智能生产线、云计算、智能机器人在生产中的广泛应用,生产的效率越来越高,积极鼓励广大中小企业参与国际贸易,实施走出去战略,可以有效引导国内企业走出国门,参与国际市场竞争,有利于缓解国内市场的非均衡压力,促进企业健康可持续发展。论文阐述了中小企业参与国际贸易的背景与现状,对论文研究目标与研究内容进行说明,阐述了论文拟采取的研究方法及创新之处。归纳了中小企业的定义,分析了中小企业的主要特点,对一带一路政策进行了阐述,对国际贸易发展理论等相关理论进行了概述。从中小企业参与国际贸易现状以及遇到的问题与障碍等方面对其进行了分析,提出了政府要加强政策扶持引导、强化中小企业核心竞争力建设、强化抱团发展、积极进行海外投资等对策,为我国广大中小企业应对国际贸易指明了方向,提出了建设性意见建议。最后,对论文研究情况进行了总结,对存在的问题及下一步努力方向进行了展望。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of China's opening to the outside world, especially the implementation of Belt and Road's strategy, the vast number of Chinese enterprises have provided a broader stage for participating in international trade competition and cooperation. In the spring tide of innovation, we should take advantage of our own advantages, such as low labor costs and relatively rich resources, increase our participation in international trade, strive to form a favorable situation for thousands of ships to compete and develop our foreign trade business. Drive the rapid development of regional economy in our country. At present, although large enterprises occupy more resources and have higher production efficiency, most of them are in a state of underemployment due to the restriction of market demand. Some large and medium-sized enterprises have to maintain their operations by reducing staff and increasing efficiency. For the majority of small and medium-sized enterprises, because of their small scale and weak investment intensity, they are highly sensitive to market changes. We can adjust the production according to the market demand in time, so as to better meet the needs of the market. With the wide application of intelligent production line, cloud computing, intelligent robot in production, the production efficiency is becoming higher and higher. By actively encouraging small and medium-sized enterprises to participate in international trade and implement the strategy of going out, they can effectively guide domestic enterprises to go abroad and participate in international market competition, which is conducive to alleviating the unbalanced pressure on the domestic market. This paper expounds the background and present situation of small and medium-sized enterprises' participation in international trade, and explains the research objectives and contents of the paper. This paper expounds the research methods and innovations to be adopted in this paper, summarizes the definition of small and medium-sized enterprises, analyzes the main characteristics of small and medium-sized enterprises, and expounds Belt and Road's policy. This paper summarizes the theory of the development of international trade, analyzes the current situation of small and medium-sized enterprises' participation in international trade and the problems and obstacles encountered, and puts forward that the government should strengthen the guidance of policy support. Strengthening the construction of the core competitiveness of small and medium-sized enterprises, strengthening the development of banding groups, actively carrying out overseas investment and other countermeasures have pointed out the direction for the large number of small and medium-sized enterprises in our country to deal with international trade, and put forward constructive suggestions. The paper summarizes the research situation, the existing problems and the future direction of the work are prospected.
