跨国公司知识资本国际转移的演进规律与发展趋势

【摘要】：跨国公司生产和经营的国际化推动着知识资本的全球转移与配置,跨国公司成为知识资本国际转移的重要载体。本文以跨国公司国际产业转移的演进规律及转移内容为线索,研究分析了二战以来知识资本国际转移发展历程,及其在产业、主体、转移路径三方面的演进规律和发展变化趋势。结果表明,跨国公司的知识资本国际转移呈现三大发展变化趋势,在规模上知识更系统、转移力度更大且步伐更快;在转移形式上由单向、直线模式向网络化扩散与共享发展;在转移态度上更加开放、主动,并谋求在动态管理中创新。
[Abstract]:The internationalization of the production and operation of multinational corporations promotes the global transfer and allocation of knowledge capital. Multinational corporations become an important carrier of international transfer of knowledge capital. This paper analyzes the development course of the international transfer of intellectual capital since World War II, and its evolution law and development trend in three aspects: industry, subject and transfer path. The international transfer of knowledge capital of multinational corporations presents three major trends of development and change. In scale, knowledge is more systematic, the transfer is more dynamic and the pace is faster, the transfer form is from one-way, straight line mode to network diffusion and sharing development. In the transfer attitude more open, active, and seek in dynamic management innovation.
