【摘要】：第九届(2017年南京)企业跨国经营国际研讨会以"企业家精神、组织变革和雇佣关系管理"为主题,探讨全球经济展望与中国经济、世界投资趋势、领导力与雇佣关系管理等问题。这里主要从全球经济展望与中国经济发展、领导力风格、企业制度与战略、人力资源管理与雇佣关系管理、电子商务等方面进行评述。
[Abstract]:The ninth (2017 Nanjing) International Symposium on Enterprise Transnational Management, with the theme of "Entrepreneurship, organizational change and Employment relationship Management", explored the global economic outlook, the Chinese economy, and world investment trends. This paper reviews the global economic outlook and China's economic development, leadership style, enterprise system and strategy, human resource management and employment relationship management, electronic commerce and so on.
