呼唤对主观职业成功的影响——以工作投入为中介变量

【摘要】:呼唤指个体体验到的指向某一特定领域的内心强烈的激情和力量,对个体的工作满意度、自我成就感有显著影响。文章以自我决定理论为基础,探讨呼唤对工作投入和主观职业成功的正向影响,在459份问卷的基础上验证理论模型。结果表明:呼唤对工作投入、职业满意度和职业成功感有显著正向影响;工作投入在呼唤和主观职业成功之间发挥部分中介作用;社会支持在呼唤和工作投入的关系中发挥正向调节作用。文章的研究结论丰富了呼唤的实证研究,可为管理实践中的人员选拔和激励提供借鉴。
[Abstract]:Call refers to the intense inner passion and strength experienced by individuals pointing to a particular field, which has a significant impact on the individual's job satisfaction and sense of self-achievement. The article is based on the theory of self-determination. To explore the positive effects of calling on job engagement and subjective career success, and verify the theoretical model on the basis of 459 questionnaires. The results show that call has significant positive effects on job engagement, job satisfaction and career success. Job engagement plays a part of intermediary role between calling and subjective professional success, and social support plays a positive regulatory role in the relationship between call and job engagement. It can provide reference for personnel selection and encouragement in management practice.
