中老合资企业的经营管理问题分析

【摘要】：在经济全球化的背景下,越来越多的投资商在老挝进行投资,目前来老挝投资的国家将近30个,投资项目数量也已高达656个,其中大部分项目均来自于中国。自1989年开始,中国投资者开始与老挝进行贸易和投资业务,平均每年贸易与投资金额达2000万美元左右。老挝与中国毗邻,不仅有着相似的人文环境、文化背景和其他的生活环境。同时,中国和老挝也保持着良好的合作关系,并且两国的双边贸易近年来增长迅速。由于两国的经济与贸易合作的加强,老挝各地的中国企业越来越多。中国投资者在老挝的巨额投资给地方创造了可观的财政收入,为当地人提供了大量的就业机会,也促使了老挝科技的巨大进步,这有利于推动老挝国内经济向国际经济转移。但是,不同的经济文化背景也为国际企业在老挝的管理与运营带来了或多或少的问题,因此研究不同经济文化背景下的企业管理与运营有着重要的现实意义,本研究的目的是要探讨这些差异如何影响中老合资企业的管理问题。本文基于跨国企业经营管理相关理论,在对中国企业在老挝投资运营总体情况统计分析的基础上,分析了中国-老挝合资企业在经营过程中典型的经营管理问题。以X企业为例,通过深度访谈和X企业的运营资料的分析表明,这些显著的问题不可避免地造成了工作环境、文化、目标和动机的差异。最后,本文给出了相应的对策和建议,以提升中-老合资企业的经营管理水平,促进中-老合资企业的健康发展。本文的主要内容包括:(1)基于PEST框架,分析了中国企业在老挝的投资现状和环境,并通过SWOT方法总结了中国企业在老挝经营中的优势、劣势、机会和威胁。(2)基于案例研究,对中-老合资企业管理的现状进行了深入研究。对所选择的中-老合资企业,基于个案调研和访谈的方式,了解中-老合资企业的运作情况,明确了其在企业管理过程中遇到的典型问题,并进行了原因分析。(3)提出合理的对策和建议,进而改善中-老合资企业的管理现状。论文对于提升中-老合资企业的经营管理水平有一定的促进作用,也对其他在老挝投资企业的管理具有借鉴意义。
[Abstract]:Under the background of economic globalization, more and more investors are investing in Laos. At present, nearly 30 countries have come to Laos to invest, and the number of investment projects has reached 656, most of which come from China.Since 1989, Chinese investors have started trading and investing with Laos, averaging about $20 million a year.Laos is adjacent to China and not only has a similar humanistic environment, cultural background and other living environment.At the same time, China and Laos also maintain good cooperation, and bilateral trade between the two countries has been growing rapidly in recent years.Thanks to the strengthening of economic and trade cooperation between the two countries, there are more and more Chinese enterprises in various parts of Laos.The huge investment by Chinese investors in Laos has generated considerable local revenue, created a lot of jobs for local people, and contributed to the tremendous technological progress in Laos, which is conducive to the transfer of the Lao domestic economy to the international economy.However, different economic and cultural backgrounds have also brought more or less problems to the management and operation of international enterprises in Laos, so it is of great practical significance to study the management and operation of enterprises under different economic and cultural backgrounds.The purpose of this study is to explore how these differences affect the management of Sino-Chinese joint ventures.Based on the theory of multinational enterprise management and the statistical analysis of the overall situation of Chinese enterprises' investment and operation in Laos, this paper analyzes the typical management problems in the process of Sino-Lao joint venture.Taking X enterprise as an example, through in-depth interview and analysis of operating data of X enterprise, it is shown that these obvious problems inevitably cause differences in work environment, culture, goal and motivation.Finally, this paper gives the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions in order to improve the management level of the Sino-Lao joint venture and promote the healthy development of the Sino-Lao joint venture.The main contents of this paper are as follows: (1) based on PEST framework, this paper analyzes the present situation and environment of Chinese enterprises' investment in Laos, and summarizes the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats of Chinese enterprises in Laos by SWOT method.The present situation of joint venture management between China and China is studied in depth.On the basis of case study and interview, the operation of the Sino-Lao joint venture has been investigated, and the typical problems encountered in the process of enterprise management have been clarified.And the reason analysis. 3) put forward the reasonable countermeasure and suggestion, and then improve the management present situation of the Sino-old joint venture.The paper can promote the management level of Sino-Laotian joint venture, and it can also be used for reference by other investment enterprises in Laos.
