广东工业大学“工匠创客汇”前孵化器运行模式研究

【摘要】：前孵化器是连接人才技术和孵化器的重要环节。广东工业大学"工匠创客汇"作为华南地区典型的前孵化器,结合政策、科技、金融、产业、人才及文化等环境因素,建立较为完善的利益协调机制和激励机制,通过内部与外部的动力支撑及推动运转,多主体协同创新打造,并由开放式团队、混合式组织以及共享式交流组成前孵化的核心要素,合力推动前孵化器取得丰硕成果,形成了日臻完善的创新与孵化体系,获得阶段性成功。
[Abstract]:The incubator is an important link of talent and technology incubator. "Guangdong University of Technology craftsmen hit off the sink as the incubator, a typical Southern China area with the policy, technology, finance, industry, talent and cultural environment, the establishment of a more perfect benefit coordination mechanism and incentive mechanism, through internal and external power support and promote the operation of multi-agent collaborative innovation to build, and by the open team, hybrid organization and shared communication before the formation of hatching of core elements, to jointly promote the achievements before the incubator, formed on the Zhen innovation and incubator system perfect, achieved initial success.
