基于伙伴信任的资源互补性与战略联盟绩效关系研究

【摘要】:当今经济环境下,随着知识经济和信息技术的不断发展,越来越多的公司迫切需要寻找一种新的组织结构来提高自身的竞争优势,以应对当前激烈的竞争环境。作为一种对企业来说新的组织结构——战略联盟在这个背景下顺势而生。并且随着越来越多的企业开始投身于组建战略联盟的大潮中,战略联盟正呈现出急速增长的局面。通过对企业间组建战略联盟的过程研究分析发现,企业间资源的互补性作为组建战略联盟的一个重要动机,许多学者都对其展开过深入的研究,研究发现大部分企业在联盟伙伴的选择上通常会把联盟伙伴间拥有的互补性资源作为联盟伙伴选择的一个重要参考因素,并且都希望通过利用伙伴间的互补性资源来提高自身竞争优势,进而提高整个战略联盟组织的绩效。资源互补性越强的企业在联盟合作的过程中越有可能创造更多的新资源、新知识、新能力,越有利于战略联盟绩效(以下简称联盟绩效)的提高。而伙伴间的信任作为联盟生存的基本原则对于互补性资源在伙伴间的利用和共享有着重要的影响。伙伴信任一方面影响着整个联盟组织的稳定性和持久性,另一方面对于互补性资源在伙伴间的输入和输出起着重要作用。而互补性资源作为战略联盟形成过程中的关键因素,通常会被认为能在一定程度上增强伙伴间的信任,也被视作是提高联盟绩效的有效手段。基于以上观点,本文将联盟组织中的伙伴信任引入资源互补性对于联盟绩效的影响机制中,并将其作为中介变量来探讨资源互补性对于联盟绩效的影响作用,具有重要的理论和实践意义。本文通过对资源互补性和战略联盟的相关文献的分析和梳理,对资源互补性与联盟绩效的关系和影响作用的机理进行了一定的探究。目前文献在对资源互补性对联盟绩效的影响的研究中过分强调资源的特征以及企业的吸收转化能力,对于伙伴信任在在其中的影响的研究甚少。本文主要借助于文献分析和实证研究,选取伙伴信任作为资源互补性和联盟绩效之间的中介变量,以探究伙伴信任在资源互补性与联盟绩效之间所起的中介作用,进一步提出了相应的概念假设模型。接着对文中所设的多个变量之间的关系进行了详细分析,提出了相应地理论研究假设,进一步形成实证模型。为了方便数据的收集和取得,在实证研究部分采用问卷的形式收集研究所需的数据。最后通过对问卷数据的信度(可信度)、效度(有效性)分析,运用结构方程模型,对所提出的研究假设和理论模型进行了检验。实证结果表明:1:资源互补性对联盟绩效具有显著地正向影响作用;2:资源互补性对伙伴信任具有显著地正向影响作用;3:伙伴信任对联盟绩效具有显著地正向影响作用;4:伙伴信任在资源互补性与联盟绩效之间起中介作用。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, with the development of knowledge economy and information technology, more and more companies need to find a new organization structure to improve their competitive advantage to cope with the current fierce competition environment.As a new organizational structure for enterprises, strategic alliance comes into being in this context.And as more and more enterprises begin to devote themselves to forming strategic alliances, strategic alliances are showing rapid growth.Through the analysis of the process of establishing strategic alliance among enterprises, it is found that the complementarity of resources among enterprises is an important motivation for the formation of strategic alliance, and many scholars have carried out in-depth research on it.It is found that the complementary resources among alliance partners are usually regarded as an important reference factor in the selection of alliance partners by most enterprises.And they hope to improve their own competitive advantage by utilizing complementary resources among partners, and then improve the performance of the whole strategic alliance organization.The more complementary the resources, the more likely the enterprises to create more new resources, new knowledge and new capabilities in the process of alliance cooperation, which is more conducive to the improvement of strategic alliance performance (hereinafter referred to as alliance performance).As the basic principle of alliance survival, trust among partners has an important impact on the utilization and sharing of complementary resources among partners.On the one hand, partner trust affects the stability and persistence of the whole alliance organization, on the other hand, it plays an important role in the input and output of complementary resources among partners.As a key factor in the formation of strategic alliance, complementary resources are generally considered to enhance the trust among partners to a certain extent, and are also regarded as an effective means to improve the performance of the alliance.Based on the above views, this paper introduces the partner trust in the alliance organization into the influence mechanism of resource complementarity on alliance performance, and uses it as an intermediary variable to explore the effect of resource complementarity on alliance performance.It has important theoretical and practical significance.By analyzing and combing the literature on resource complementarity and strategic alliance, this paper explores the relationship between resource complementarity and alliance performance and the mechanism of its influence.At present, in the research on the effect of resource complementarity on alliance performance, too much emphasis has been placed on the characteristics of resources and the absorptive and transforming ability of enterprises, but little research has been done on the influence of partner trust in it.With the help of literature analysis and empirical research, this paper selects partner trust as the intermediary variable between resource complementarity and alliance performance, in order to explore the intermediary role of partner trust between resource complementarity and alliance performance.Furthermore, the corresponding conceptual hypothesis model is proposed.Then, the relationship between the variables in this paper is analyzed in detail, and the corresponding theoretical research hypotheses are put forward to form an empirical model.In order to facilitate the collection and acquisition of data, the empirical research part uses the form of questionnaire to collect the data needed for the research.Finally, the reliability (reliability, validity) of the questionnaire data is analyzed, and the research hypotheses and theoretical models are tested by using the structural equation model.The empirical results show that: 1: resource complementarity has a significant positive impact on alliance performance 2: resource complementarity has a significant positive impact on partner trust 3: partnership trust has a significant positive impact on alliance performancePartnership trust plays an intermediary role between resource complementarity and alliance performance.
