S厨具有限公司战略管理研究

【摘要】:就目前而言,我国厨具行业还处于初级发展阶段。而作为厨具行业一员的S公司在这种大环境下也开始针对市场进行分析,并制定科学化的战略管理方案。尽管如此,和一些著名公司相比,S公司的发展战略还存在一定的差距,很多方面还是处于初级阶段,管理较为粗放。基于此,S公司研究制定高效科学化的发展战略是具有重大意义的。本篇论文主要分析了战略管理理论,根据S公司的发展情况,结合相关理论,找出影响厨具企业的内部和外部环境因素。主要采用了以下几种分析方式,分别是PEST分析、波特·五力分析,对S公司的外部环境(宏观环境和行业环境)、内部环境(管理现状、价值链)等方面进行了系统、全面和深入的分析,并利用SWOT分析工具,提出了S公司的备择战略;在明确S公司的战略目标前提下,利用QSPM分析得出了新常态下S公司的发展战略。本篇论文在设计企业战略实施方案时,针对S企业的现状提出以下几点要求:首先S企业要想在行业内站稳脚跟,就必须提升企业内部管理制度,将优势资源进行整合。其次要多培养优秀的专业人才,尤其是小家电企业经纪人。三是更新技术,争取在国际市场上崭露头角。针对S公司的发展战略,本篇论文提出一些有建设性的意见和建议,同时针对我国厨具行业未来的发展前景和趋势进行深入分析和讨论,希望能够给其他企业提供一些借鉴。
[Abstract]:At present, China's kitchen industry is still in the initial stage. As a member of the S kitchen industry in this environment also started to analyze the market, strategic management scheme and develop scientifically. Nevertheless, compared with some well-known companies, there is still a gap between the development strategy of S company. A lot still in the primary stage, extensive management. Based on this, the development strategy of S company to develop efficient scientific research is of great significance. This thesis mainly analyzes the strategic management theory, according to the development situation of S company, combined with the theory, find out the factors influencing the kitchenware enterprise's internal and external environment. Mainly used the following are analysis, PEST analysis, five forces analysis of Potter, the external environment of S (macro environment and industry environment, the internal environment (Management), value chain). The surface of the system, comprehensive and in-depth analysis, and using SWOT analysis tool, put forward S's alternative strategy; strategic objectives in the clear S company under the premise of using the QSPM analysis of the development strategy under the new norm of S company. This paper in the design of the strategic implementation plan, aiming at the current situation S enterprise proposed the following requirements: first, S companies want to gain a foothold in the industry, we must improve the internal management system, the advantages of resources integration. Secondly we must cultivate more excellent professional talents, especially the small household electrical appliance enterprises. Agent three is updated technology, strive to make a figure in the international market development strategy. For S company, put forward some constructive opinions and suggestions of this thesis, and in-depth analysis and Discussion on Chinese kitchen industry future development prospects and trends, we hope to be able to provide other enterprises Some lessons.
