深圳市烟草公司企业文化管理体系构建

【摘要】:对一个企业而言,文化是其生存与发展的灵魂支柱。深圳市烟草公司作为深圳百强企业,始终是深圳发展的坚定践行者和参与者,在深圳创新包容的城市文化多年熏陶下,深圳市烟草公司孕育了独特的企业文化,与深圳共成长、共发展。随着科技的发展和时代的进步,深圳市烟草公司面临的内外部环境都发生了巨大的变化,想要保持较强的竞争力,深圳市烟草公司必须不断地完善企业文化管理体系。笔者首先在企业文化的一般理论基础上,介绍了论文选题的背景及研究思路。从政治、经济、社会和科技四个维度对深圳市烟草公司面临的宏观环境分析,根据波特五力模型的角度对所处行业环境进行了分析。在环境分析前提下,通过设置问卷调查的方式对目前所在的企业文化建设现状进行了调研和分析,结合本公司的企业文化发展历程,统计问卷调查报告结果并总结出深圳市烟草公司在企业文化建设发展的过程中存在的各种问题。根据调查问卷报告总结,就企业目前存在的问题提出相关的建议,并为构建企业文化管理体系提供指引作用。本文通过提炼定位企业核心价值观、聚焦企业文化精神,重点致力于构建企业文化管理体系。笔者提出构建企业文化组织体系、培训体系、传播体系、考核体系四大企业管理体系的方式,将文化理念得以全面落定推广,为本企业的企业文化发展起到指引和推动作用。
[Abstract]:For an enterprise, culture is the soul pillar of its survival and development.As one of the top 100 enterprises in Shenzhen, Shenzhen Tobacco Company has always been a firm practitioner and participant in Shenzhen's development. Under the influence of Shenzhen's innovative and inclusive city culture for many years, Shenzhen Tobacco Company has nurtured a unique corporate culture and has grown together with Shenzhen.Common development.With the development of science and technology and the progress of the times, the internal and external environment of Shenzhen Tobacco Company has undergone tremendous changes. In order to maintain a strong competitiveness, Shenzhen Tobacco Company must constantly improve the enterprise culture management system.Firstly, based on the general theory of corporate culture, the author introduces the background and research ideas of the thesis.This paper analyzes the macro environment of tobacco companies in Shenzhen from the four dimensions of politics, economy, society and science and technology, and analyzes the industry environment according to Porter's five-force model.Based on the premise of environmental analysis, this paper investigates and analyzes the present situation of corporate culture construction by setting up a questionnaire survey, and combines the development course of the company's corporate culture.The results of questionnaire survey and the problems existing in the process of the construction and development of enterprise culture in Shenzhen Tobacco Company were summarized.According to the questionnaire report, this paper puts forward some suggestions on the problems existing in enterprises, and provides guidance for the construction of corporate culture management system.By refining the core values, focusing on the spirit of corporate culture, this paper focuses on the construction of corporate culture management system.The author puts forward the ways of constructing four enterprise management systems of enterprise culture organization system, training system, communication system and examination system, which can promote and guide the development of enterprise culture.
