供电公司抄核收类班组管理信息系统的构建

【摘要】：抄核收类班组是供电企业营业数据的获取和处理单元,其管理水平的高低将直接影响电网企业的经营效益。本文对抄核收类班组的基础管理、数据获取及处理、数据传递以及工作量计量等方面的现状进行了分析。针对工作中存在的信息规范性、有效性、联通性差以及班组管理中业务和班建脱离、精益化程度低、绩效难计量等问题,利用管理信息系统的相关思想和方法,创新提出以“移动作业终端+班组管理平台”为实现形式,将业务管理与班组管理相融合的管理信息系统构架,并在结果呈现方面引入数据可视化概念以增强数据表现力。通过对数据获取、数据共享、绩效积分核定、日常管理等功能模块的设计,预期能够解决源头数据质量差、信息传递失真、工作量难以核定、班组日常管理粗放等问题。实现了数据“一源录入、多端使用”,让班组管理更为“方便、高效、协同、公平”。期望在提升抄核收类班组工作效率的同时,提高班组管理水平,拓展班组长的管理维度,降低管理成本。
[Abstract]:The collection group is the business data acquisition and processing unit of power supply enterprises, and its management level will directly affect the operating efficiency of power grid enterprises. In this paper, the basic management, data acquisition and processing, data transmission and workload measurement of the collection group are analyzed. Aiming at the problems existing in the work, such as information standardization, effectiveness, poor connectivity, separation of business from class building in shift management, low lean degree, difficult to measure performance, and so on, this paper makes use of the relevant ideas and methods of management information system. In order to enhance the data expression, the paper proposes a framework of management information system which integrates business management with team management, and introduces the concept of data visualization in the aspect of presentation of results, which is based on the "mobile terminal team management platform". Through the design of the function modules such as data acquisition, data sharing, performance integral verification, daily management and so on, it is expected to solve the problems of poor data quality at source, distortion of information transmission, difficulty in checking the workload, extensive routine management of teams and teams, and so on. Data "one source input, multi-terminal use", make team management more "convenient, efficient, cooperative, fair". At the same time, we hope to improve the team management level, expand the management dimension of the team leader and reduce the management cost.
