战略性新兴产业DEA效率对比研究——基于国有和民营上市公司面板数据

【摘要】：基于2009—2015年上市公司面板数据,运用DEA方法分别对国企和民企在战略性新兴产业整体以及七大细分产业的综合效率、纯技术效率、规模效率对比分析.实证表明:国企综合技术效率水平整体上高于民企,这种特征主要是由于纯技术效率状况决定的;尽管民企规模效率略高于国企,但受制于外部政策环境等因素变化影响,对综合技术效率影响较小.国企与民企在新能源汽车产业上效率普遍相对较高;在生物医药产业上效率普遍相对较低;国企在新一代信息技术产业与高端设备产业上效率优势显著,在新材料产业效率优势差异最小;民企在新能源产业上略显效率优势,主要源于规模效率的影响.
[Abstract]:Based on the panel data of listed companies from 2009 to 2015, this paper uses DEA method to compare and analyze the comprehensive efficiency, pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency of state-owned enterprises and private enterprises in strategic emerging industries as a whole and seven subdivision industries. The empirical results show that the level of comprehensive technical efficiency of state-owned enterprises is higher than that of private enterprises as a whole, which is mainly determined by the pure technical efficiency. Although the scale efficiency of private enterprises is slightly higher than that of state-owned enterprises, it is affected by the changes of external policy environment, etc. It has little influence on the comprehensive technical efficiency. State-owned enterprises and private enterprises generally have relatively high efficiency in the new energy automobile industry; relatively low efficiency in the biomedical industry; and state-owned enterprises have significant efficiency advantages in the new generation of information technology industries and high-end equipment industries. In the new material industry, the difference of efficiency advantage is the smallest, and the private enterprises' efficiency advantage in the new energy industry is mainly due to the influence of scale efficiency.
