本土领导研究及其路径探讨

【摘要】：从本土领导研究的现状和问题出发,根据领导研究的主要内容界定了本土领导研究应关注的四个关键问题,并按照问题导向的研究逻辑,提出本土领导研究应选择多种范式相结合的研究路径.这一路径具体可包括三个阶段:描述/诠释/建构—类型化/规律化—比较研究.提出本土领导的研究不仅要以本土领导为素材开展研究,还要选择适合揭示本土领导真相的研究方法论,而不能盲目模仿和运用西方的概念、理论和方法.
[Abstract]:Starting from the current situation and problems of local leadership research, this paper defines four key issues that should be paid attention to according to the main contents of leadership research, and according to the logic of problem-oriented research, It is suggested that local leadership research should choose the research path of combining various paradigms. This path can be divided into three stages: description / interpretation / construction-typology / regularization-comparative study. It is pointed out that the research of local leadership should not only be based on local leadership, but also select a research methodology suitable for revealing the truth of local leadership, instead of blindly imitating and applying western concepts, theories and methods.
