S企业员工激励措施改进研究

【摘要】:在经济新常态大背景下,我国各类企业面临着新的问题和挑战。为了更好地应对日趋激烈的市场竞争,企业需要做好各项准备,尤其是在人力资源管理方面,如何做好员工激励值得关注。激励在企业管理中有着至关重要的作用,是企业调动员工能动性的有力工具。通过采取激励措施,企业能够充分激发员工潜能,激发员工创造性,为企业发展提供坚实的人力资源基础。在知识经济时代,激发人力资源潜力是每个企业不能回避的课题。本文以激励理论为依据,结合前人的研究成果,以S企业为对象,研究诊断了该企业员工激励机制目前存在的问题。同时,文章针对企业现状,运用激励机制相关理论,通过实际数据分析出导致现有问题的原因,进而提出了相应的改进方案。本文采取调查问卷与一对一访谈的方法,对S企业的员工激励问题进行分析:第一部分对研究背景、研究意义、研究现状、研究内容和研究方法进行了简要陈述,为全文的写作构建完整的逻辑框架;第二部分对员工激励的相关理论进行介绍,为论文写作做好理论准备;第三部分是从S企业员工激励现状入手,基于问卷调查法及访谈法对员工激励存在的问题和原因进行分析;第四部分根据理论分析和实际调研,提出完善S企业员工激励机制的对策;第五部分是从S企业自身情况出发,制定保障企业员工激励改进的保障措施。第六部分对全文内容做简要总结。本文选择S企业作为研究对象,通过对员工激励课题的研究,丰富企业员工管理理论,为S企业提高员工激励管理提供有益参考。
[Abstract]:Under the background of the new normal economy, all kinds of enterprises in our country are facing new problems and challenges. In order to better cope with the increasingly fierce market competition, enterprises need to do a good job in preparation, especially in human resources management, how to do a good job of staff motivation deserves attention. Motivation plays an important role in enterprise management and is a powerful tool to mobilize employees' initiative. By taking incentive measures, the enterprise can fully stimulate the potential of employees, stimulate the creativity of employees, and provide a solid human resource foundation for the development of enterprises. In the era of knowledge economy, it is an unavoidable task for every enterprise to stimulate the potential of human resources. Based on incentive theory and previous research results, this paper studies and diagnoses the existing problems of employee incentive mechanism in S enterprise. At the same time, according to the current situation of enterprises, the paper analyzes the causes of the existing problems by using the relevant theory of incentive mechanism, and then puts forward the corresponding improvement scheme. This paper uses questionnaire and one-to-one interviews to analyze employee motivation in S enterprise. The first part briefly states the research background, research significance, research status, research content and research methods. Build a complete logical framework for the full text of writing; the second part of the staff incentive theory for the introduction of a good theoretical preparation for the paper; the third part is from the S enterprise employee incentive status, Based on questionnaire survey and interview, the paper analyzes the problems and causes of employee motivation. The fourth part puts forward the countermeasures to improve the incentive mechanism of S enterprise staff based on theoretical analysis and practical investigation. The fifth part is from S enterprise own situation, formulates the safeguard measure which guarantees the enterprise employee to encourage the improvement. The sixth part makes a brief summary of the full text. This article chooses S enterprise as the research object, through the research on the subject of employee motivation, enriches the enterprise employee management theory, and provides the beneficial reference for the S enterprise to improve the employee incentive management.
