知识生态视角下高新技术企业技术创新激励机制研究

【摘要】：自中国开始加入世界经济贸易组织到现今十几年来,我国整个经济环境从以前的相对比较封闭式管理环境到现在成为经济一体化、全球化的活跃开放性大环境,这一整个进程中,面对的机遇和挑战是同时并存的。现如今,拥有丰富的自然资源已不是国家竞争力强弱的唯一决定性因素,对创新知识的快速利用及再创新成为掌握经济命脉的关键因素。同时,技术创新能力也是衡量一个国家经济活力强弱程度的重要标准,企业之间的经济竞争体现在各企业间的产品独特性上,较强的技术创新能力能有效促进经济竞争力的提高。高新技术企业代表着较高的科技含量和科技水平,也是新知识、新技术的高智能密集型企业。随着经济全球化的逐步深层次拓展,高新技术企业的良性发展不仅能够成为推动新技术产业发展的关键技术支撑,还是经济社会良心可持续健康发展的有力保障。因此,在转型经济这一大背景下,如何有效的提升各行业的自主创新能力,这不仅是国家战略性实践问题,同时也是学术界非常重要的研究议题。本文立足于知识生态的视角,在分析高新技术企业进行技术创新的必要性基础之上,通过对国内外相关学者的理论分析、研究,并借助模型分析和问卷调查实证分析,初步探索如何从知识生态的角度提出高新技术企业技术创新激励机制。通过对相关理论的综述,设计了用于本研究的调查问卷,并针对于高新技术企业进行问卷发放,回收后对问卷进行统计学分析,对研究中提出的假设加以论证,以证明其相关作用,在实证分析的基础之上,提出相应的意见或建议,目的是提供一个机制研究扩展和新领域的探索,为高新技术企业技术创新激励提供新的方法,具有一定的理论意义和实践意义。
[Abstract]:From China's entry into the World Economic and Trade Organization to the present decade, the whole economic environment of our country has changed from a relatively closed management environment in the past to a dynamic and open environment of economic integration and globalization. In this whole process, the opportunities and challenges are co-existing. Nowadays, having abundant natural resources is not the only decisive factor of national competitiveness. The rapid use of innovative knowledge and innovation become the key factors to grasp the economic lifeline. At the same time, the ability of technological innovation is also an important criterion to measure the degree of economic vitality of a country. The economic competition among enterprises is reflected in the uniqueness of the products among enterprises. Strong technological innovation ability can effectively promote the improvement of economic competitiveness. High-tech enterprises represent high-tech content and technology level, and are also high-intelligence-intensive enterprises with new knowledge and new technology. With the deepening development of economic globalization, the benign development of high-tech enterprises can not only become the key technology support to promote the development of new technology industry, but also can guarantee the sustainable and healthy development of economic and social conscience. Therefore, under the background of transition economy, how to effectively enhance the independent innovation ability of various industries is not only a national strategic practice problem, but also a very important research topic in academia. Based on the view of knowledge ecology, based on the analysis of the necessity of technological innovation in high-tech enterprises, through the theoretical analysis of relevant scholars at home and abroad, and with the help of model analysis and questionnaire empirical analysis, This paper preliminarily explores how to put forward the incentive mechanism of high-tech enterprises' technological innovation from the angle of knowledge ecology. Based on the summary of relevant theories, the questionnaire for this study is designed, and the questionnaire is issued for high-tech enterprises. After the questionnaire is collected, the statistical analysis is carried out, and the hypotheses proposed in the study are demonstrated. In order to prove its relevant role, on the basis of empirical analysis, this paper puts forward corresponding opinions or suggestions, in order to provide a mechanism for the expansion of research and exploration of new fields, and provide a new method for high-tech enterprises to stimulate technological innovation. It has certain theoretical and practical significance.
