企业社会责任悲观论的反思

【摘要】:企业社会责任发展的百年历史中,社会责任悲观论总是不绝于耳。尤其是2006年以来,"社会责任是否已经死了"的争论在媒体、国际组织和学界呼声渐高,将社会责任的未来发展蒙上了一层阴影。通过梳理社会责任发展的百年历史,对企业社会责任悲观论的缘起和规律进行探索,并对当前较为流行的社会责任悲观论进行了不同维度的归纳和逻辑剖析。针对企业社会责任悲观论存在的理论和逻辑谬误,构建了走出企业社会责任悲观论的逻辑框架,并提出了企业社会责任远离悲观论的两个建议,即加速推进企业社会责任领域形成共识,以及构建健康可持续的企业社会责任生态圈。
[Abstract]:In the hundred years history of corporate social responsibility development, the pessimism of social responsibility is always heard. Especially since 2006, the debate on whether social responsibility has died has become increasingly popular in the media, international organizations and academic circles, which has cast a shadow over the future development of social responsibility. By combing the century-old history of the development of social responsibility, this paper explores the origin and law of the pessimism of corporate social responsibility, and sums up and logically analyzes the popular pessimism of social responsibility in different dimensions. In view of the theoretical and logical fallacies of the pessimism of corporate social responsibility, this paper constructs a logical framework to go out of the pessimism of corporate social responsibility, and puts forward two suggestions to avoid the pessimism of corporate social responsibility. That is, to accelerate the formation of consensus in the field of corporate social responsibility and to build a healthy and sustainable corporate social responsibility ecosystem.
