企业技术创新能力系统演化的回声模型研究

【摘要】:面对开放式创新及全球竞争的环境,企业只有提升技术创新能力,才能在全球价值链上占据有利的竞争位势。本文基于导师的国家自然科学基金项目《动态复杂环境中企业技术创新能力系统演化机制研究》,主要从复杂适应系统的角度对企业技术创新系统的构成、运行及演化机制进行研究,在此基础上构建了企业技术创新能力系统的回声模型,旨在为企业提升技术创新能力给予一定的方向。首先,本文以复杂适应系统(CAS)理论为视角,结合开放式创新和技术创新网络的理念,将企业技术创新能力系统视为复杂适应系统,明确了该系统的适应性主体,基于主体内部、主体间的技术创新流程及惯例构建了企业技术创新能力系统,分析了该系统运行机制,提出了系统进化的基本动因;然后,在适应性主体基本模型的基础上,通过引入主体间的交互机制及匹配能力、匹配速度和匹配时间等影响因素,构建了企业技术创新能力系统演化的三层回声模型;最后基于SWARM平台和多主体的系统建模方法,对回声模型主体间资源的交互过程进行了仿真研究。研究表明,企业技术创新能力的提升是一个动态演变过程,系统中的主体在技术创新流程及惯例的作用下,不断地“学习”和“积累经验”,并随着时间的不断进化,有目标、有目的地改变自身的行为方式和结构,不断适应动态复杂的竞争环境。同时,在开放式创新的模式下,主体只有通过交互作用将外部吸收的资源与内部资源进行整合,增加其自身的技术创新产能,才能在动态复杂的环境中提高自身的技术创新能力,推动整个系统的演化。
[Abstract]:Facing the environment of open innovation and global competition, enterprises can occupy a favorable competitive position in the global value chain only by improving their technological innovation ability. This paper is based on the National Natural Science Foundation of China, "Research on the system Evolution Mechanism of Enterprise's technological Innovation ability in dynamic complex Environment", mainly from the angle of complex adaptive system, the composition of enterprise's technological innovation system. On the basis of the research on the mechanism of operation and evolution, the echo model of enterprise's technological innovation capability system is constructed, which aims to give a certain direction for enterprises to enhance their technological innovation ability. First of all, from the view of complex adaptive system (CAS) theory, combining the concept of open innovation and technological innovation network, this paper regards the enterprise technology innovation ability system as complex adaptive system, and defines the adaptive subject of the system, based on the main body inside. The process and practice of technological innovation among agents have constructed the enterprise technological innovation capability system, analyzed the operating mechanism of the system, put forward the basic motivation of system evolution, and then, on the basis of the basic model of adaptive agent, By introducing the interaction mechanism among agents, matching ability, matching speed and matching time, a three-layer echo model of enterprise technological innovation capability system evolution is constructed. Finally, the system modeling method based on SWARM platform and multi-agent is proposed. In this paper, the interaction process of the resources among the agents in the echo model is simulated. The research shows that the improvement of technological innovation capability of enterprises is a dynamic evolution process. Under the function of technological innovation process and practice, the main body of the system constantly "learn" and "accumulate experience", and with the continuous evolution of time, there are goals. Purposefully change their behavior and structure, constantly adapt to the dynamic and complex competitive environment. At the same time, in the open innovation mode, the main body can only integrate the external absorbed resources with the internal resources through interaction, so as to increase its own technological innovation capacity. Only in the dynamic and complex environment can we improve our own technological innovation ability and promote the evolution of the whole system.
