创业企业国际化对于专利产出的影响——基于中国创业板公司的实证研究

【摘要】：本文基于中国创业板市场特殊的制度环境,从专利产出效率和数量两个维度,研究了我国创业企业国际化战略对于专利产出的影响。研究发现,创新和国际化正成为创业板公司重要的战略举措,虽然我国创业板企业比较年轻,但已具备了相当的国际竞争力。此外,国际化战略对于专利产出具有效率提升效应,企业国际化程度越高,则专利产出的效率越高;实施了国际化的企业会有更多的专利产出数量。本文结论为我们认识中国创业企业国际化和自主创新之间的关系提供了新的视角和经验证据,并为国家深化企业自主创新、完善国际化发展政策提供了理论基础和决策依据。
[Abstract]:Based on the special institutional environment of China's gem market, this paper studies the impact of the internationalization strategy of Chinese entrepreneurial enterprises on patent output from the two dimensions of efficiency and quantity of patent output. It is found that innovation and internationalization are becoming important strategic measures of gem companies. Although Chinese gem enterprises are relatively young, they already have considerable international competitiveness. In addition, the internationalization strategy has the efficiency enhancement effect to the patent output, the higher the degree of internationalization, the higher the efficiency of the patent output, and the more the number of the patent output will be for the enterprises that have implemented the internationalization. The conclusion of this paper provides a new perspective and empirical evidence for us to understand the relationship between the internationalization and independent innovation of Chinese entrepreneurial enterprises, and provides a theoretical basis and decision basis for the country to deepen the independent innovation of enterprises and perfect the policy of internationalization development.
