【摘要】:随着市场经济的深入发展,市场竞争变得日益激烈,人才对企业的作用显得越发重要,因为人才的优势可以大大提高企业的竞争优势。企业人才的优势并不是绝对的,培训作为维持和增加人才优势的有效手段,已经受到越来越多企业的重视和实践。也就是说,如果一个企业有科学、合理的培训体系,则会在竞争中处于优势地位。文章通过分析YQ环保公司的培训体系现状,找到其培训体系中存在的问题及原因,为公司提出培训体系优化方案,旨在为公司构建一个适用性强的培训体系,通过有效地培训,为公司的发展提供人才的支持。文章首先对培训及培训体系相关理论知识进行了回顾。然后在YQ环保公司培训现状分析的基础上,发现目前公司培训体系中存在诸多问题:高层和员工对培训认识的不足、战略意识不强、培训需求分析不全面、培训形式单一、培训课程不完善、培训效果评估薄弱、培训组织结构不合理、讲师素质不高、制度不健全等。综合归纳后,这些问题可总结为四个大的问题:培训文化缺失、培训流程不规范、培训资源不完备、培训制度不健全。随后,针对问题,在优化原则和优化思路的指导下,为YQ环保公司提出了相应的优化方案。优化方案从文化、流程、资源、制度四个层面提出,具有很强的针对性。提出优化方案后,为了保证优化方案的有效实施,文章最后提出了实施的保障措施。
[Abstract]:With the further development of market economy, the market competition becomes more and more fierce, and the role of talents on enterprises becomes more and more important, because the advantages of talents can greatly improve the competitive advantage of enterprises. The advantage of enterprise talents is not absolute, training as an effective means to maintain and increase the advantage of talents has been paid more and more attention and practice by more and more enterprises. In other words, if an enterprise has a scientific, reasonable training system, it will be in a competitive position. This paper analyzes the present situation of YQ environmental protection company's training system, finds out the existing problems and reasons in its training system, and puts forward the optimization scheme of training system for the company, in order to build a training system with strong applicability for the company and through effective training. Provide talent support for the development of the company. This paper reviews the theory of training and training system. Then on the basis of the analysis of the current training situation of YQ Environmental Protection Company, it is found that there are many problems in the current training system of the company: the lack of awareness of training, the lack of strategic consciousness, the incomplete analysis of training demand and the single form of training. The training course is not perfect, the training effect evaluation is weak, the training organization structure is unreasonable, the instructor quality is not high, the system is not perfect and so on. These problems can be summed up into four major problems: lack of training culture, irregular training process, incomplete training resources and imperfect training system. Then, under the guidance of optimization principle and train of thought, the optimization scheme for YQ environmental protection company is put forward. The optimization scheme is put forward from four aspects of culture, process, resource and system, which has strong pertinence. Finally, in order to ensure the effective implementation of the optimization scheme, the paper puts forward some measures to ensure the implementation of the optimization scheme.
