关系嵌入视角下众包社区用户的知识共享机制研究

【摘要】:随着经济的快速发展和科学技术的不断进步,企业间的竞争愈演愈烈。企业的创新不仅依赖自身知识资源的整合,而且还需要吸收外部的优质知识资源。近年来,互联网技术使大众参与企业创新成为可能,众包社区作为联结企业和大众的中介平台应运而生。由于众包社区能够获取高质量的知识,众包社区纷纷建立。但用户间活跃度低,不愿意进行知识共享,使得众包社区的发展状况并不乐观。为了提高众包社区的任务量和提供企业优质信息,需要发掘众包社区用户知识共享的关键影响因素。本文以众包社区用户为研究对象,采用主成分分析法提取出影响众包社区用户知识共享的关键因素,引入关系嵌入为调节变量,建立理论模型,研究众包社区用户知识共享机制。其中将关系嵌入分为信任、关系强度和承诺三个维度,提出研究假设,进行实证分析。本文得出以下结论:第一,奖赏激励、任务导向和兴趣参与是影响众包社区用户知识共享的关键因素,且对知识共享有显著的正向影响。第二,对具有不同程度关系嵌入性的众包社区而言,奖赏激励、任务导向和兴趣参与对知识共享的影响是不同的。关系嵌入负向调节奖赏激励与知识共享的关系、正向调节任务导向与知识共享的关系、正向调节兴趣参与与知识共享的关系。预期的创新点如下:第一,发现影响众包社区用户知识共享的关键因素。第二,丰富关系嵌入调节作用的研究。第三,构建众包社区用户知识共享的概念模型。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of economy and the progress of science and technology, the competition between enterprises is becoming more and more fierce. The innovation of enterprises not only depends on the integration of their own knowledge resources, but also needs to absorb external high quality knowledge resources. In recent years, Internet technology has made it possible for the masses to participate in enterprise innovation, and the crowdsourcing community as an intermediary platform connecting enterprises and the public has emerged as the times require. Because crowdsourcing communities can acquire high-quality knowledge, crowdsourcing communities have been established. However, the low activity among users and their reluctance to share knowledge make the development of crowdsourcing community not optimistic. In order to improve the task quantity of crowdsourcing community and provide high quality information, we need to explore the key factors of user knowledge sharing in crowdsourcing community. In this paper, we take crowdsourcing community users as the research object, use principal component analysis to extract the key factors that affect the knowledge sharing of crowdsourcing community users, introduce the relationship embedding as adjustment variables, and establish a theoretical model. This paper studies the mechanism of user knowledge sharing in crowdsourcing community. The relationship embedding is divided into three dimensions: trust, relationship strength and commitment. The main conclusions are as follows: first, reward motivation, task orientation and interest participation are the key factors that affect the knowledge sharing of users in crowdsourcing community, and have a significant positive impact on knowledge sharing. Second, for crowdsourcing communities with different degrees of relational embeddedness, the effects of reward incentives, task-orientation and interest participation on knowledge sharing are different. The relationship is embedded in the relationship between reward incentive and knowledge sharing, the relationship between task orientation and knowledge sharing, and the relationship between interest participation and knowledge sharing. The expected innovations are as follows: first, the key factors affecting the knowledge sharing of crowdsourcing community users are found. Second, the study of rich relationship embedded regulation. Thirdly, construct the conceptual model of user knowledge sharing in crowdsourcing community.
