基于创新网络的协同创新机制研究

【摘要】:知识经济时代的到来,使科技加速发展,技术高度融合。市场对创新的要求越来越高,技术创新的难度越来越大,单独的、甚至小范围、单层次的创新活动已经很难满足技术创新的需求。随着创新主体之间合作的纵深发展,技术创新模式逐渐由线性发展为多主体协同互动的网络模式,协同创新在创新逐步转向系统化、网络化范式的背景下应运而生。但是,与发达国家相比,我国企业的协同创新效率较低,协同发展仍然处在初级阶段。创新网络是协同创新得以平稳实现的组织平台,如何在创新网络环境中,更好地发挥创新主体的效用,从而提升协同创新绩效,是我国协同创新发展亟需解决的实际问题。本研究以创新网络为背景,以协同创新的内涵为切入点,以协同创新的运行机制及保障机制为主线,仿真或实证研究了协同创新的运行及保障过程,从而设计基于创新网络的协同创新机制。首先,通过对国内外的研究成果及文献的梳理、归纳,界定了创新网络的定义,分析了创新网络的特点,以复杂网络隐喻创新网络,构建了创新网络的拓扑结构模型。分析了协同创新的定义、特点及主体要素构成。在此基础上,分析了基于创新网络的协同创新的定义及特点。其次,论文分析了基于创新网络的协同创新动力,通过过程分析及扎根质化研究,确定了协同创新的序参量。利用自组织理论,分析了创新过程中的要素协同及主体协同机理。根据协同创新的过程及序参量,构建了基于创新网络的协同创新机制运行机制与保障机制,并剖析了协同创新不同机制的互动关系。再次,论文研究了基于创新网络的协同创新运行机制。从知识共享机制、利益激励机制以及风险管理机制三个方面,分析了协同创新的运行过程。利用超网络模型,仿真分析了协同创新的知识转移、吸收及再创造过程,构建了协同创新的知识共享机制;利用复杂网络的演化博弈模型,仿真分析了协同创新利益激励过程,构建了协同创新的利益分配机制;利用熵权法及可拓理论,建立了协同创新的风险评价模型,从风险识别、风险评估及风险控制三个方面,构建了协同创新的风险管理机制。然后,论文研究了基于创新网络的协同创新保障机制。从政府调控、金融支持以及中介服务三个方面,分析了协同创新的保障过程。利用三方演化博弈模型,分析了不同政策工具导向下的协同创新调控过程,构建了基于创新网络的协同创新政府调控机制;通过实证研究,分析了我国协同创新的金融支持现状,从金融结构、金融效率以及金融规模三个角度,构建了协同创新的金融支持机制;通过角色定位及现状分析,构建了协同创新的科技中介组织服务机制。最后,通过案例分析,对北京中关村创新网络的协同创新发展进行了分析。从中关村创新网络的知识共享机制、利益激励机制以及风险管理机制三个方面,剖析了中关村创新网络的协同创新运行情况;从政府调控、金融支持以及中介服务三个方面,剖析了中关村创新网络的协同创新保障情况。结合理论研究及现状分析,提出了完善中关村创新网络的相关政策建议。通过本文的研究,明确了基于创新网络的协同创新相关概念及特性,分析了基于创新网络的协同创新过程。从知识共享、利益激励以及风险管理的角度,构建了基于创新网络的协同创新运行机制;从政府调控、金融支持及中介服务的角度,构建了基于创新网络的协同创新保障机制。通过对我国中关村创新网络的案例分析,为基于创新网络的协同创新发展提供了决策支持。
[Abstract]:The arrival of the era of knowledge economy makes science and technology accelerate development, technology is highly integrated. The demand of market to innovation is more and more high, the difficulty of technological innovation is more and more difficult, single and even small scope, the single level innovation activity has been difficult to meet the demand of technological innovation. Gradually from linear development to multi-agent interaction network model, collaborative innovation has been gradually turned to systematization and network paradigm. However, compared with developed countries, the efficiency of collaborative innovation in Chinese enterprises is low, and cooperative development is still in the primary stage. Innovation network is a group of cooperative innovation to achieve a smooth implementation. It is a practical problem that how to better play the utility of the innovation subject in the innovation network environment and improve the performance of the collaborative innovation. It is an urgent problem to be solved in the development of cooperative innovation in China. This research takes the innovation network as the background, takes the connotation of collaborative innovation as the breakthrough point, and takes the co operation mechanism and the guarantee mechanism as the main line, simulation or This paper empirically studies the operation and guarantee process of collaborative innovation, and then designs a cooperative innovation mechanism based on innovation network. Firstly, the definition of innovation network is defined and the characteristics of innovation network are defined by combing the research results and literature at home and abroad. The characteristics of the innovative network are analyzed, and the topology of the innovative network is constructed with the complex network of complex network metaphorical innovation. The benefit incentive process of collaborative innovation is analyzed, the benefit allocation mechanism of collaborative innovation is constructed, and the risk evaluation model of collaborative innovation is established by entropy weight and extension theory. The cooperative innovation management mechanism is constructed from three aspects of risk identification, risk assessment and risk control. Then, the paper studies the innovation network based on innovation network. From the three aspects of government regulation, financial support and intermediary service, this paper analyzes the guarantee process of collaborative innovation. Using the three party evolutionary game model, it analyzes the coordination innovation control process under the guidance of different policy tools, and constructs a government regulation mechanism based on innovation network, and through empirical research, The financial support status of cooperative innovation in China is analyzed. The financial support mechanism of cooperative innovation is constructed from three angles of financial structure, financial efficiency and financial scale. Through this study, the related concepts and characteristics of collaborative innovation based on innovation network are clarified, and the collaborative innovation process based on innovation network is analyzed. The cooperative innovation operation mechanism based on innovation network is built. From the perspective of government regulation, financial support and intermediary service, a cooperative innovation guarantee mechanism based on innovation network is constructed. Through the case analysis of Zhongguancun innovation network in China, it provides decision support for the new development of collaborative innovation based on innovation network.
