【摘要】:鉴于人力资源培训管理在当下的企业管理中占据着越来越重要的地位,而我国目前的企业员工培训主要停留在盲目的模仿和照抄国外的通行做法,对于国内的实际企业员工素质并没有起到较为积极的作用,并且由于没有一个系统的评价体系,员工对于企业组织的培训并没有一个系统的认知,做好做坏都不会对自己产生后果较为严重的影响,因而员工参与培训的积极性不是很高。本文以A公司为例,对改公司的人力资源培训现状进行了研究,通过实地考察,在问卷调查的基础上,洞察A公司员工培训管理过程中出现的问题,基于此得出A公司在自身培训体系建设方面的缺陷,指出了培训需求分析不足、员工培训时间短、培训针对性差、对于未来的职业前景规划与预测性低下等是A公司员工培训存在的普遍问题,同时也指出了员工在积极激励的条件下,有利于A企业员工培训的实施。基于上述现状分析,本文在充分吸收前人关于员工培训体系建立的优秀成果之后,结合AHP评价模式和模糊综合评价法,对于A公司员工培训管理体系进行了改进和创新,基于培训的四个关键环节构建了“A公司员工培训体系”,并对各步骤的模块进行了详尽设计,构建了培训评估模型,对培训过程前以及培训过程中和培训过程后的维度指标进行合理的构建,取得了良好的评价效果。
[Abstract]:As the management of human resources training occupies an increasingly important position in the current enterprise management, the current training of employees in our country mainly stays in the blind imitation and copying of foreign practice, which does not play an extremely important role in the quality of the actual enterprise staff in China, and because there is no system. In the evaluation system, the employees do not have a systematic cognition for the training of the enterprise organization, and doing well does not have a serious impact on their own consequences. Therefore, the enthusiasm of the employees to participate in the training is not very high. This paper, taking A company as an example, studies the status of the training of human resources in the company, and through the field investigation, the questionnaire is transferred to a questionnaire. On the basis of the investigation, the problems appeared in the process of training and management of employees of A company were observed. Based on this, the defects of A company in the construction of their own training system were obtained. The shortage of training demand analysis, short training time, poor training pertinence, the future career prospects and low predictability were found in the training of employees of the A company. At the same time, it also points out that employees are encouraged to carry out the training of A employees under the conditions of active motivation. Based on the above analysis, this paper, after fully absorbing the outstanding achievements of the predecessors on the establishment of the staff training system, combines the AHP evaluation model and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, and has carried out the training management system for the employees of the A company. The improvement and innovation, based on the four key links of training, constructed the "A company employee training system", and made a detailed design of the modules of each step, constructed the training evaluation model, constructed the rational construction of the dimension indexes before the training process, the training process and the training process, and achieved good evaluation results.
