煤炭企业协同绿色创新能力研究

【摘要】:自2014年上半年起,煤炭市场持续低迷,进入2016年,政府陆续颁布专项配套政策加快淘汰落后产能、过剩产能,进行产业结构调整。因此当前的宏观环境迫使煤炭企业重新思考黄金十年中依靠增加投资、扩大产能、提高产量的发展模式,转而对企业的发展方向、发展路径、优势资源获得及利用从根本上进行再思考和再设计,创新已有的发展路径,提升煤炭企业可持续发展能力。基于煤炭企业实现可持续发展的现实目的,理论界提出以绿色创新发展模式取代原有的发展模式,实现经济、社会、环境绩效的“三赢”目标。但是由于绿色创新绩效的显现需要较长时间,因此需要内外有效协同迅速转化外部资源为内部优势,形成协同绿色创新能力,加快企业绿色创新绩效的实现,摆脱目前的困境。作为一个前沿性的研究领域,对协同绿色创新能力的研究缺乏系统的分析,为了揭开煤炭企业协同绿色创新能力研究的黑箱,本文将系统解决以下问题:协同绿色创新能力是否对煤炭企业创新绩效有重要作用?协同绿色创新能力的作用发挥又受什么要素影响?是什么机制驱动协同绿色创新能力提升?协同绿色创新能力提升是沿着怎样的发展路径进行的?协同绿色创新能力提升过程又是如何演化的?应采取什么样的管理措施促进协同绿色创新能力的提升?本文对上述问题的分析阐述将为煤炭企业协同绿色创新能力的研究提供一完整、动态的研究框架,从理论上解决煤炭企业创新的内在机制问题。首先,本文基于自组织理论建立煤炭企业协同绿色创新能力“影响要素——构成维度——创新绩效”的研究框架力图解决煤炭企业协同绿色创新能力为何形成、如何构成、效果怎样的问题。首先使用SSIP过程聚焦法确定了市场导向、政策导向、战略导向、企业文化、技术水平5个影响要素,其次通过文献研究、企业调研实证检验了上述要素对协同绿色创新能力、协同绿色创新能力对企业创新绩效的正向影响,并在分析协同绿色创新能力的两个构成维度——协同能力与绿色创新能力的相互关系上,验证其互动机制以及基于煤炭企业实际调研数据探索得出影响要素中市场导向与战略导向、政策导向与战略导向、市场导向与企业文化、政策导向与企业文化、市场导向与技术水平、政策导向与技术水平之间存在互动关系,使对于协同绿色创新能力的研究更符合煤炭企业所属行业实际。研究框架的搭建与实证检验,不仅证实了本文的研究目的和意义,同时也为煤炭企业协同绿色创新能力提升关键要素的确定提供了理论以及实证依据。其次,本文基于实证分析的结果以及能力本身的动态性特征,运用自组织、生物学等理论、方法对煤炭企业协同绿色创新能力的提升进行系统分析。基于协同绿色创新能力实证分析框架以及相应的自组织理论,对能力提升的关键要素及其关联机理、协同绿色创新能力提升的内生性、外生性路径各自的优点以及适用条件进行了阐述,并依据煤炭企业的行业特点、当前特定的宏观环境以及绿色创新能力与协同能力的相互作用机制,分析得出内外动力耦合路径对煤炭企业协同绿色创新能力提升的适应性和促进作用。最后,本文基于生物学进化理论对协同绿色创新能力提升演化过程进行了逻辑推演。由于煤炭企业协同绿色创新能力各个阶段提升的重点、方式方法迥异,是一个“秩序跃迁”的演化过程,因此对其内在基因、演化过程的阐述和分析可以揭示协同绿色创新能力提升的发展趋势以及发展方向,依据能力提升的发展趋势和发展方向本文在特定的能力管理原则基础上最终提出了煤炭企业协同绿色创新能力提升的具体管理举措,使上述研究落实到煤炭企业的经营管理实践当中。本文的创新之处在于对上述研究内容的探索不仅仅构建了完整的煤炭企业协同绿色创新能力分析体系,深入探究煤炭企业发展的内在动力,为绿色创新能力发展的多元性提供了理论支持;还在于将煤炭企业创新能力的研究由静态转变为动态,更加符合协同绿色创新能力的复杂性特征,避免其在指导企业的创新实践过程中,产生基于静态能力研究所形成的“能力刚性”问题。在研究方法上,本文不但使用了传统关系研究所常用的结构方程方法,同时运用系统分析方法对协同绿色创新能力的发展阶段、能力提升基础、提升路径进行分析,揭示其非线性运行机制,继而用生物学隐喻方法揭示对于能力提升最为重要的内生因素——惯例的变异、选择、保留过程,反映了协同绿色创新能力提升演化过程的本质特征,将对能力演化的动力、要素、路径的研究推向了更为本质、深入的领域。在经济转型期的特殊背景下,面对国家产业结构调整和环境规制加强的客观条件,煤炭企业应如何结合自身优势、行业特点来抓住机遇、规避威胁,尽快走出困境是煤炭企业经营者关注的重心,因此本文对煤炭企业协同绿色创新能力的研究,对解决煤炭企业脱困的思路、方法、评价机制问题,为加快绿色创新的价值转化,以及煤炭企业可持续发展的管理实践提供了新的解决思路和实施路径。
[Abstract]:Since the first half of 2014, the coal market has been sluggish. In 2016, the government has promulgated a special supporting policy to accelerate the elimination of backward production capacity, excess capacity and industrial structure adjustment. Therefore, the current macro environment forces coal enterprises to rethink the ten years of gold to rely on increasing investment, expanding production capacity, and improving the development model of production. The development direction of the enterprise, the development path, the acquisition and utilization of the superior resources are rethought and redesigned, the existing development path is innovating and the sustainable development ability of the coal enterprises is promoted. Based on the practical purpose of the coal enterprises to achieve sustainable development, the theoretical circles put forward to replace the original development model with the green innovation development model, To achieve the "triple win" goal of economic, social and environmental performance. However, the emergence of green innovation performance takes a long time, so it is necessary to effectively coordinate external resources and internal advantages, form synergistic green innovation ability, speed up the realization of green innovation performance and get rid of the current predicament. In the research field, the research on synergistic green innovation ability is lack of systematic analysis. In order to uncover the black box of coal enterprises' synergistic green innovation ability research, this paper will solve the following problems: is synergistic green innovation ability important for coal enterprise innovation performance? And what factors play the role of coordinating the role of green innovation ability What is the impact? What mechanism drives synergy with green innovation ability? How is the synergy of green innovation ability promotion along the path of development? How is the process of synergistic green innovation ability upgrading? What management measures should be taken to promote the promotion of synergy green innovation ability? The analysis of the above problems will be expounded in this paper. In order to provide a complete and dynamic research framework for coal enterprises to cooperate with green innovation ability, the internal mechanism of coal enterprise innovation is solved theoretically. First, based on the self-organization theory, the framework of the research framework of coal enterprises' synergistic green innovation capability "influencing factors - the dimension of innovation performance" In order to solve the problem of the formation of green innovation ability in coal enterprises and how to make up the effect of green innovation, SSIP process focusing method is used to determine the 5 factors of market orientation, policy orientation, strategic orientation, enterprise culture and technical level. Secondly, through literature research, enterprise research has verified the synergistic green innovation ability of the above factors. In conjunction with the positive impact of green innovation ability on enterprise innovation performance, and the analysis of the relationship between synergy and green innovation ability, the two dimensions of synergistic green innovation capability are analyzed, and the interaction mechanism and the actual survey data of coal enterprises are explored to find out the market orientation and strategic orientation in the influencing factors. Policy orientation and strategic orientation, market orientation and enterprise culture, policy orientation and enterprise culture, market orientation and technical level, policy orientation and technical level have interaction relations, making the research on synergistic green innovation more consistent with the practice of coal enterprises. The purpose and significance of the study are also provided as well as the theoretical and empirical basis for coal enterprises to coordinate the key elements of green innovation ability promotion. Secondly, based on the results of the empirical analysis and the dynamic characteristics of the ability itself, this paper applies the theory of self-organization and biology to the coal enterprises to cooperate with the green innovation ability of coal enterprises. Based on the empirical analysis framework of synergistic green innovation capability and the corresponding self-organization theory, the key elements and related mechanism of the ability promotion, the endogenous nature of the promotion of green innovation ability, the advantages of the exogenous path and the applicable conditions are expounded, and according to the characteristics of the industry of coal enterprises, At present, the interaction mechanism of the specific macro environment and the green innovation ability and the synergistic ability, and the analysis of the adaptability and promoting effect of the internal and external dynamic coupling path on the synergistic green innovation ability of coal enterprises. Finally, based on the theory of biological evolution, this paper makes logic for the evolution process of the synergistic green color innovation ability. It is an evolutionary process of "order transition" because the coal enterprises are improving in each stage of green innovation ability. Therefore, the exposition and analysis of its inherent gene and evolution process can reveal the development trend and direction of the promotion of synergistic green innovation ability and the development of the ability to improve. Trend and development direction, based on the specific ability management principles, this paper finally put forward the concrete management measures for the coal enterprises to cooperate with the green innovation ability, so that the above research is implemented in the management practice of coal enterprises. The innovation of this paper is that the exploration of the above research content is not only built up of complete coal. Enterprises cooperate with the analysis system of green innovation ability, deeply explore the internal motive force of coal enterprise development, and provide theoretical support for the diversity of green innovation ability development. It is also changing the research of innovation capability of coal enterprises from static to dynamic, more conforms to the complex characteristics of cooperative green innovation ability, and avoids the guiding enterprise. In the process of innovation and practice, the problem of "capacity rigidity" is created based on the research of static ability. In the study method, this paper not only uses the structural equation method commonly used in the traditional relations research institute, but also uses the system analysis method to analyze the development stage of collaborative Green Innovation capability, the foundation of ability promotion, and the improvement of the path. Revealing its nonlinear operating mechanism, and then using biological metaphorical methods to reveal the most important endogenous factors for ability promotion, the variation, the selection and the retention process, reflecting the essential characteristics of the synergistic green innovation ability to improve the evolution process, and push the dynamic force, the elements and the path of the ability evolution to a more essential nature. In the special background of the period of economic transformation, facing the objective conditions of the adjustment of the national industrial structure and the strengthening of the environmental regulation, the coal enterprise should combine its own advantages and the industry characteristics to seize the opportunity, avoid the threat and get out of the difficult position as soon as possible. Therefore, the coal enterprise should cooperate with the coal enterprise with green innovation. The study of the ability to solve the problem of coal enterprises to get out of difficulties, methods and evaluation mechanism, in order to speed up the transformation of the value of green innovation, and the management practice of sustainable development of coal enterprises provides a new way of thinking and implementation path.
