网络惯例情境下技术创新网络治理方式选择研究

【摘要】：技术创新网络组织在合作创新过程中存在相对稳定的组织惯例,且创新网络的各主体都在有意或无意地利用这些惯例来协调相互之间的合作行为。从组织间关系和组织间学习视角出发分析出互惠协调、知识控制、联合引导治理方式,运用多元回归对国内428家企业的调查数据进行实证分析,从网络层面研究在不同网络惯例情境下的最优治理方式。结果显示:网络惯例是影响技术创新网络治理方式以及治理绩效的重要影响因素;在网络惯例一致性和嵌入性水平都高的情境下,联合引导治理方式较有效;在网络惯例一致性水平高、嵌入性水平低的情境下,互惠协调治理方式更有效;在网络惯例一致性水平低、嵌入性水平高的情境下,知识控制治理方式较有效。
[Abstract]:There are relatively stable organizational practices in the process of cooperative innovation in technological innovation network organizations, and the agents of innovation networks use these conventions intentionally or unintentionally to coordinate their cooperative behaviors. From the perspective of inter-organizational relations and inter-organizational learning, this paper analyzes the reciprocal coordination, knowledge control, joint guidance and governance, and makes an empirical analysis of the survey data of 428 domestic enterprises by using multiple regression. This paper studies the optimal governance in different network conventions from the network level. The results show that the network practice is an important factor that affects the network governance mode and governance performance of technological innovation, and the joint guidance governance is more effective in the context of high consistency and embeddedness of network practices. In the situation of high consistency of network convention and low level of embeddedness, reciprocal coordinated governance is more effective, and knowledge control governance is more effective in the situation of low consistency of network convention and high level of embeddedness.
