企业与科研单位协同创新产出水平提升机制

【摘要】：提升企业和科研单位在协同创新中的努力水平能够有效提升创新产出.综合考虑科研单位和企业在协同创新中投入的开发成本和协同成本以及技术和产品产出价值分配的两个阶段和各自获得的收益,构建协同创新中企业和科研单位努力水平模型,分析函数的性质及数值算例,得出如下结论:考虑协同成本和研发成本的前提下,在合理的范围内提升科研单位在协同创新中的地位或科研单位的收益,能够有效提升努力水平较低的一方的创新努力水平;当企业的努力水平较高时,提升创新技术和产品的市场化率能够提升企业参与协同创新的努力水平.研究结论对提高企业和科研单位协同创新努力水平,提升协同创新产出水平具有重大理论和实践价值.
[Abstract]:Improving the level of enterprises and scientific research institutions in collaborative innovation can effectively improve the innovation output. The two stages of the development cost and synergy cost of scientific research units and enterprises in collaborative innovation, and the benefit of the distribution of the value of technology and product output, and their respective gains, are taken into consideration, and the enterprises and scientific research units in the collaborative innovation are constructed. In order to improve the status of collaborative innovation and the income of scientific research units in a reasonable range, it can effectively improve the level of innovation efforts of the lower level of the party with lower level of effort. When the level is high, the promotion of innovation technology and the market rate of products can improve the level of enterprise participation in collaborative innovation. The conclusion has great theoretical and practical value to improve the level of collaborative innovation efforts and enhance the level of collaborative innovation output.
