军民融合创客空间服务创新创业研究

【摘要】：创客空间是落实“全创”战略的重要载体,受到了政府和社会的高度重视和创新爱好者的喜爱。2014年9月,李克强总理多次在重要场合提到创客,甚至成为了深圳柴火创客空间的名誉会员。创客运动受到政府的支持和鼓励,让“创客”和“创客空间”倍受鼓舞,为实现“大众创业、万众创新”,创客被寄予厚望,国务院为此专门出台了有关创客空间的指导意见,以引导大众创新创业。早在2014年奥巴马及美国政府就高调推进创客运动。打造军民融合创客空间,是对军民融合的重要创新和实践,对于军民融合的健康、快速、可持续发展具有重要的意义。现有对于创客空间的研究中,对军民融合创客空间的关注不够、研究较少。本文在认真学习相关文献并深入分析国内外研究现状的基础上,梳理了创客空间、军民融合等相关理论,界定了军民融合创客空间的基本概念和特征;分析总结了国内外部分国家和地区在军民融合发展和创客空间方面的先进经验,在此基础上重点研究现有军民融合创客空间特征,提出了提升军民融合创客空间服务创新创业能力的建议。最后以A市科技城为例,分析了A市军民融合创客空间特征,提出提升A市军民融合创客空间服务创新创业能力的对策建议。
[Abstract]:Creative guest space is an important carrier to implement the "all-creative" strategy, which has been highly valued by the government and society and loved by innovation enthusiasts. It is an important innovation and practice to create a space for military and civilian integration, which is of great significance to the healthy, rapid and sustainable development of military and civil integration. In the current research on the creation of guest space, less attention is paid to the integration of military and civilian space. On the basis of studying the relevant literature and analyzing the current situation of domestic and foreign research, this paper combs the theory of creating guest space, military and civilian integration, and defines the basic concept and characteristics of the military and civilian integration of the creation and guest space. This paper analyzes and summarizes the advanced experiences of some countries and regions at home and abroad in the development of military-civilian integration and the creation of guest space. On this basis, it focuses on the characteristics of the existing military-civil-military integration to create guest space. Some suggestions are put forward to improve the ability of military and civilian integration to create space service innovation and entrepreneurship. Finally, taking A City Science and Technology City as an example, this paper analyzes the characteristics of military and civil integration of military and civil space, and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to improve the ability of creating and creating space service innovation for military and civilian integration in A city.
