【摘要】：随着社会经济的不断发展,企业其独有的核心竞争力的重要性正随着市场的差异化发展愈加显现出来。某些企业通过短期的自我让利从而快速提高市场占有率的做法很难在现今愈发激烈的市场竞争环境中存活下来。于是,多元化的企业发展规划道路,便是一个企业面向市场多维变化而能保持长期持久生存的发展之路。首先,本文对中外企业发展战略作了简明扼要的先容和分析。随后,本文通过SWOT分析和QSPM定量战略计划矩阵等多种分析方法的综合运用对企业的核心能力和业务发展进行全面科学的考察和分析,并进一步对多元化的企业发展策略展开了详细的剖析。最后本文以正中集团为例,针对该企业采取多元化战略进行实证研究,并为该集团的业务发展提出几点参考意见。本文主要集合了正中集团的实际情况,通过绪论、理论综述部分,正中集团内外部环境分析以及正中集团多元化战略的选择与实施的探讨等六大块来开展深入的分析。以上研究同时也为有关相似环境及问题的同类型企业提供了具有建设性的合理建议,对复制相似经验,帮助更多企业开展多元化经营战略有着重要的借鉴意义。
[Abstract]:With the development of social economy, the importance of enterprise's unique core competence is becoming more and more obvious with the development of market differentiation. It is difficult for some companies to survive in today's increasingly competitive market environment by rapidly increasing their market share through short-term self-interest. As a result, diversified enterprise development planning road, is a multi-dimensional change facing the market and can maintain a long-term sustainable development road. First of all, this paper makes a brief introduction and analysis on the development strategy of Chinese and foreign enterprises. Then, through the comprehensive application of SWOT analysis and QSPM quantitative strategic planning matrix, this paper makes a comprehensive and scientific investigation and analysis on the core competence and business development of enterprises. And further to the diversification of enterprise development strategy launched a detailed analysis. Finally, taking Zhengzhong Group as an example, this paper makes an empirical study on the diversification strategy of the enterprise, and puts forward some suggestions for the business development of the Group. This article mainly gathers the actual situation of the Zhongzhong Group, through the introduction, the theory summary part, the inside and outside environment analysis of the Zhengzhong Group and the discussion of the selection and implementation of the Zhongzhong Group's diversification strategy and so on, to carry out the in-depth analysis. The above research also provides constructive and reasonable suggestions for the similar enterprises about similar environment and problems. It has important reference significance to copy the similar experience and help more enterprises to carry out diversification strategy.
