基于Hyperion平台的N集团合并报表系统设计与应用

【摘要】：合并报表是企业集团进行业务分析、经营方针以及战略制定的重要数据来源,在编制时需要反复审查、逐层编制调整和抵消分录。然而随着多元化企业集团的发展,股权交易以及内部往来交易的的频繁化,大部分企业集团面临着合并财务报表编制的工作量繁重问题,尤其是在及时性、准确性、标准化和动态管理等方面存在缺陷,N集团也是如此。为了使企业集团摆脱这种困境,推行合并报表系统代替手工编制是十分必要的,保证了财务报表的高效性、准确性和标准性,使合并数据能够清晰、及时、准确地展现,使制定的战略和方针切合企业实际,保证战略的制定和作用的发挥。Hyperion财务平台占据国内外最大的合并平台市场,以它作为平台进行合并报表系统设计对其他集团具有借鉴作用。本文从合并报表信息系统建立的角度出发,首先阐述了课题的研究背景、目的和意义,并结合国内外学者对合并报表系统的研究现状对本文的研究内容和方法进行论述。接着以N集团为案例对企业集团如何运用Hyperion平台建立适合自身的合并报表系统进行研究。在研究过程中从合并报表的手工编制现状、暴露的问题及对合并系统的需求出发,站在财务管理系统信息化平台的整体建设视角,由整体到局部,从合并系统架构设计、流程设计到系统维度设计、数据采集设计、对账报告设计、用户管理设计以及系统规则设计。设计完成后提出了合并报表系统的建设保障,并将设计的维度和规则部署入Hyperion平台,完成合并报表系统的建设。最后,对合并系统建设前后变化进行对比,提出了和其他财务管理系统的对接方法,加快了财务信息系统的整体进程,保证集团战略的制定和作用的发挥,为国内外其他企业集团合并报表系统的设计实施提供了样板,具有借鉴意义。
[Abstract]:Consolidated statement is an important data source for business analysis, business policy and strategy formulation of enterprise groups. It needs to be reviewed repeatedly and adjusted and offset entries are compiled layer by layer. However, with the development of diversified enterprise groups and the frequent transaction of stock rights and internal transactions, most enterprise groups are faced with the heavy workload of compiling consolidated financial statements, especially in terms of timeliness and accuracy. Standardization and dynamic management and other deficiencies exist in the N Group is the same. In order to make the enterprise group get rid of this dilemma, it is necessary to implement the consolidated statement system instead of manual preparation, which ensures the efficiency, accuracy and standard of the financial statements, and enables the consolidated data to be clearly, timely and accurately displayed. To make the strategy and policy in line with the reality of the enterprise, to ensure the formulation of strategy and play its role. Hyperion financial platform occupies the largest domestic and foreign merger platform market, using it as the platform to design the consolidated report system for other groups have a reference role. From the point of view of the establishment of consolidated report information system, this paper first expounds the research background, purpose and significance of the subject, and discusses the research contents and methods of this paper combined with the current research situation of the consolidated report system at home and abroad. Then take N Group as a case to study how enterprise groups use Hyperion platform to set up their own consolidated report system. In the course of the research, from the point of view of the overall construction of the information platform of the financial management system, from the point of view of the manual compilation of the consolidated statement, the problems exposed and the demand for the consolidated system, from the whole to the part, the architecture of the consolidated system is designed. Process design to system dimension design, data acquisition design, reconciliation report design, user management design and system rules design. After the design is completed, the construction guarantee of the consolidated report system is put forward, and the dimensions and rules of the design are deployed to the Hyperion platform to complete the construction of the consolidated report system. Finally, the paper compares the changes before and after the construction of the merged system, and puts forward the docking method with other financial management systems, which speeds up the overall process of the financial information system, and ensures the formulation of the group strategy and the exertion of its role. It provides a model for the design and implementation of the consolidated report system for other enterprise groups at home and abroad.
