供给侧结构性改革背景下中小企业内创业研究:模式选择与路径设计

【摘要】：内创业对于中小企业摆脱发展困境实现创新发展具有重要的现实意义。中小企业基于不同的视角可选择不同的内创业模式,且内创业活动表现出与大企业相异的模式,中小企业根据其发展的不同阶段,选择从混沌式创新、迭代式创新、微创新到反思式创新的组合;企业主作为中小企业内创业活动最为活跃的因素,需要在内创业过程中发挥主导作用并促进内创业活动的组织化,以实现基于个人特质的创新向基于组织特质的创新转变;由于中小企业本身的灵活性,其可能会对技术等外部冲击更为快速地反应,内创业有助于中小企业实现超越式发展。按照"目标(Objective)-行为(Behavior)-结果 (Result)"的基本逻辑,中小企业可以形成目标演化、行为演化和结果演化三条基本路径融合的内创业路径,驱动中小企业系统创新、行为创新和公司创业。
[Abstract]:Entrepreneurship has important practical significance for small and medium-sized enterprises to get rid of the predicament of development and realize innovation development. Small and medium-sized enterprises can choose different internal entrepreneurial models based on different perspectives, and internal entrepreneurial activities show different models from large enterprises. According to the different stages of their development, small and medium-sized enterprises choose chaotic innovation, iterative innovation. As the most active factor of entrepreneurial activities in small and medium-sized enterprises, business owners need to play a leading role in the process of entrepreneurship and promote the organization of internal entrepreneurial activities. Because of the flexibility of SMEs, they may react more quickly to external shocks such as technology, and internal entrepreneurship can help SMEs to achieve transcendental development. According to the basic logic of "objective"-Behaviort-Result), small and medium-sized enterprises can form internal entrepreneurial paths of goal evolution, behavior evolution and result evolution, which can drive SMEs system innovation, behavior innovation and firm entrepreneurship.
