环境因素影响劳资利益关系的理论与实证研究

【摘要】:针对环境因素对劳资利益关系的影响作用越来越大,而理论研究相对缺失的现实状况下,尝试将环境因素作为重要变量引入到传统劳资利益关系理论中,建立环境劳资利益关系理论模型,分析在环境约束条件下,劳资双方的利益会出现绝对的、相对的或结构性损失。在利用中国数据检验环境规制与劳资利益关系之间关系的基础上,提出政府在贯彻实施环境规制时也需对企业做出必要的约束,避免将成本转嫁给劳动者,从而损害劳动者应得的利益,破坏劳资利益关系的稳定性,同时也要健全劳动者利益的综合保障机制,并加强工会在劳资谈判中的力量。
[Abstract]:In view of the fact that the environmental factors have more and more influence on the relationship between labor and capital interests, the author tries to introduce the environmental factors as an important variable into the traditional theory of labor-capital interest relations under the reality of the relative lack of theoretical research. This paper establishes a theoretical model of the relationship between environmental labor and capital interests, and analyzes that under the condition of environmental constraints, the interests of both sides of labor and management will suffer absolute, relative or structural losses. On the basis of using Chinese data to test the relationship between environmental regulation and labor interests, it is proposed that the government should make necessary constraints on enterprises when implementing environmental regulation, and avoid transferring costs to workers. Thus the interests of workers should be damaged and the stability of relations between labor and capital should be destroyed. At the same time, the comprehensive safeguard mechanism of workers' interests should be perfected, and the strength of trade unions in labor negotiations should be strengthened.
