组织忘却情景、即兴能力与突破性创新

【摘要】：构建了组织忘却情景、即兴能力对突破性创新影响的概念模型。在直接检验忘却情景对突破性创新关系的基础上,深入分析和检验即兴能力对上述关系的中介作用。以211家高新技术企业为研究对象的实证结果发现:忘却情景对即兴能力、即兴能力对突破性创新都具有显著正向影响;即兴能力在形成新知识和突破性创新之间起完全中介作用,忘却活动对突破性创新的积极作用未得到支持。
[Abstract]:The conceptual model of the influence of organizational forgetting and improvisation on breakthrough innovation is constructed. Based on the direct test of the relationship between the forgotten situation and the breakthrough innovation, this paper analyzes and tests the intermediary effect of improvisation ability on the above mentioned relationship. The empirical results of 211 high-tech enterprises show that forgetting the situation has a significant positive impact on the improvisation ability and the improvisation ability on the breakthrough innovation; Improvisation ability plays a complete intermediary role between the formation of new knowledge and breakthrough innovation, and the positive effect of forgetting activities on breakthrough innovation has not been supported.
