基于系统动力学模型的企业创新网络知识转移研究

【摘要】：随着现代信息技术的快速发展,知识转移和信息流动加速,企业外部竞争越来越激烈,企业逐渐意识到“创新才是硬道理”,企业发展重在创新,而创新的关键则是知识产生和信息的利用。任何一家企业不可能在所有领域都具有创新能力,同时,企业所拥有的内外部资源也是稀缺的,因此,企业需要根据自身对技术创新的实际需求,构建属于自己的企业创新网络,以此为契机对创新资源进行整合,减少创新风险,获得溢出效应,增强企业的创新能力,从而有效提升企业的创新能力。而企业创新网络中的知识转移能力,在很大程度上决定了企业创新网络的效率,决定了企业的创新能力强弱。因此,对企业创新网络知识转移开展研究,有利于企业创新网络顺利运行。本文基于系统动力学视角构建知识转移系统模型,对企业创新网络知识转移过程进行仿真分析,结合仿真分析结果,提出提高企业创新网络知识转移有效性的建议。本文第一章论述了本文的研究背景、研究意义,并从企业创新网络和知识转移两个角度对本文相关研究现状进行梳理和总结,从而提出本文的研究目标和研究思路;第二章围绕知识存量、知识溢出、吸收能力、RD投入、系统动力学五个方面对本文研究的理论基础进行了论述;第三章在对企业创新网络知识转移的内涵及影响因素进行分析的基础上,围绕系统因果关系、知识存量子系统、吸收能力子系统、RD投入子系统等构建了企业创新网络知识转移模型;第四章对企业创新网络知识转移模型进行仿真分析,以产学研投入、企业家精神、科研人员投入对知识转移的影响三个仿真方案为基础,重点分析了企业创新网络知识转移的影响因素;第五章从企业和政府两个维度提出企业创新网络知识转移的策略;第六章总结了本文的研究,并对未来研究进行展望。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of modern information technology and the acceleration of knowledge transfer and information flow, the external competition of enterprises is becoming more and more intense. Enterprises gradually realize that "innovation is the hard truth", and the development of enterprises is focused on innovation. The key to innovation is the production of knowledge and the use of information. It is impossible for any enterprise to have the ability to innovate in all fields. At the same time, the internal and external resources owned by the enterprise are also scarce. Therefore, the enterprise needs to be based on its actual demand for technological innovation. Constructing the enterprise innovation network which belongs to its own, taking this opportunity to integrate the innovation resources, reduce the innovation risk, obtain the spillover effect, enhance the innovation ability of the enterprise, thus effectively enhance the innovation ability of the enterprise. The knowledge transfer ability in the enterprise innovation network, to a great extent, determines the efficiency of the enterprise innovation network and the strength of the enterprise innovation ability. Therefore, the research on knowledge transfer of enterprise innovation network is beneficial to the smooth operation of enterprise innovation network. In this paper, a knowledge transfer system model based on system dynamics is constructed, and the process of knowledge transfer in enterprise innovation network is simulated and analyzed. Combined with the results of simulation analysis, some suggestions are put forward to improve the efficiency of knowledge transfer in enterprise innovation network. The first chapter discusses the research background and significance of this paper, and from the two angles of enterprise innovation network and knowledge transfer to comb and summarize the current situation of this research, so as to put forward the research objectives and research ideas; The second chapter discusses the theoretical basis of this paper from five aspects: knowledge stock, knowledge spillover, absorbing capacity and R D input, system dynamics. The third chapter is based on the analysis of the connotation and influence factors of enterprise innovation network knowledge transfer, around the system causality, knowledge stock subsystem, In chapter four, the enterprise innovation network knowledge transfer model is simulated and analyzed, and the enterprise innovation network knowledge transfer model is simulated and analyzed. On the basis of three simulation schemes of the impact of scientific research personnel input on knowledge transfer, the factors influencing knowledge transfer of enterprise innovation network are analyzed emphatically, the fifth chapter puts forward the strategy of enterprise innovation network knowledge transfer from the two dimensions of enterprise and government. The sixth chapter summarizes the research of this paper, and prospects for future research.
