供应链管理环境下SH集团公司物资库存管理研究

【摘要】：随着世界经济增速放缓,我国经济发展也进入了新常态,传统能源煤炭的需求已经饱和,煤炭行业成为我们国家去产能、去库存的重点行业。随着人们保护环境和节能减排意识的增强,绿色发展成为了世界经济发展的潮流和方向,新能源的开发利用也压缩了煤炭的使用。全国煤炭生产和销售出现了大幅度下滑,很多企业出现了亏损。与此同时,经济的全球化,使企业的竞争也更加激烈,面对严俊的经营形势和激烈的市场竞争,作为以煤炭为基础的能源企业SH集团公司研究如何通过加强企业的物资库存管理,减少库存成本和资金占用,降低煤炭生产和销售成本,提高产品的市场竞争力,扩大市场占有率,实现企业脱困和管理升级,具有很重要的现实意义。本文应用系统分析和理论联系实际的方法,对库存和库存管理、供应链和供应链管理、物资分类和物资分类管理策略等物资管理和库存管理的基本理论以及物资库存管理相关文献资料进行了研究,创新灵活运用库存管理和供应链管理基本理论,从物资分类管理入手,全面考察了影响库存物资管理的因素,总结出了物资重要性和供应风险两大主要影响因素,通过应用卡拉杰克模型分析方法,对两大因素进行分析和运算,从理论上构建起科学合理的卡拉杰克物资分类方法。同时,本文对SH集团公司库存现状、计划管理、采购管理、供应商管理等库存物资管理方面存在的问题和原因进行分析研究,利用科学合理的卡拉杰克物资分类方法论,研究了SH集团公司基于卡拉杰克模型的物资分类方法,并构建起了SH集团公司库存物资卡拉杰克方法分类原则和体系,根据分类原则对每一类物资都制定了有针对性的库存管理策略。最后,本文归纳总结了研究的结论以及本文研究存在的局限性和下一步研究努力的方向。
[Abstract]:With the slowdown of the world economy, China's economic development has also entered a new normal state. The demand for traditional energy coal has been saturated. The coal industry has become the key industry for our country to go to capacity and to the stock. With the increasing awareness of environmental protection and energy saving and emission reduction, the green development has become the trend and direction of the world economic development, and the new energy is the new energy. The development and utilization of coal also compresses the use of coal. The national coal production and sales have fallen sharply, and many enterprises have lost their losses. At the same time, the globalization of the economy has made the competition of the enterprises more intense. Facing the strict management situation and the fierce market competition, the coal based energy enterprise SH Group Co. In this paper, it is of great practical significance to strengthen the stock management of the enterprises, reduce the cost of inventory, reduce the cost of the production and sale of the coal, reduce the cost of the production and sale of the coal, improve the market competitiveness of the products, expand the market share, and realize the enterprise to get rid of the difficulties and upgrade the management. This paper applies the method of system analysis and theory to connect the actual situation to the stock. The basic theories of material management and inventory management, such as inventory management, supply chain and supply chain management, material classification and material classification management strategy, and materials inventory management related documents were studied. The basic theory of inventory management and supply chain management was innovating flexibly. Starting from the classification management of materials, the influence bank was thoroughly investigated. The factors of material management, summed up the importance of material importance and supply risk two major factors, through the application of Cara Jack model analysis method, analysis and operation of the two factors, construct a scientific and reasonable Cara Jack material classification method. At the same time, this article on the status of SH group stock, planned management, mining. The problems and causes of inventory management in purchase management and supplier management are analyzed. Using the scientific and reasonable Cara Jack material classification method, the paper studies the classification method of materials based on Cara Jack model in SH group, and constructs the classification principle and system of the Cara Jack method of the SH group. According to the principle of classification, a targeted inventory management strategy is formulated for each class of materials. Finally, the conclusion of the study and the limitations of this study and the direction of the next research efforts are summarized.
