“技术-市场-设计”三重驱动对创新的影响——以科技型小微企业为研究对象

【摘要】:在技术推动和市场拉动之外,设计也被认为是创新的第三种驱动力,但不同创新驱动力之间的耦合及其对企业探索性创新和利用性创新活动的影响尚未得到现有研究的重视。在RBV视角下,本文分析了技术、市场和设计能力的双重耦合及三重耦合模式,并基于对357家佛山市科技型小微企业的两阶段调查数据,实证分析了不同耦合模式对科技型小微企业探索性创新和利用性创新活动的影响。分析结果显示在探索性创新中,技术和市场能力的双重耦合、技术和设计能力的双重耦合,以及技术、市场和设计能力的三重耦合均会对创新活动的推进产生显著的正向影响;而在利用性创新中,主要是技术和市场能力的双重耦合以及市场与设计能力的双重耦合会对创新活动的推进产生显著的正向影响,三重耦合模式对于创新活动的作用并不显著。研究结论说明技术、市场和设计能力之间的不同耦合方式在科技型小微企业探索性创新和利用性创新中发挥着不同的作用,有助于进一步针对不同的创新活动完善创新的耦合模型。
[Abstract]:In addition to technology driving and market driving, design is considered as the third driving force of innovation, but the coupling between different innovation drivers and its impact on exploratory innovation and utilitarian innovation have not been paid much attention to. From the perspective of RBV, this paper analyzes the dual coupling and triple coupling of technology, market and design capability, and based on the two-stage survey data of 357 science and technology small and micro enterprises in Foshan City. The effects of different coupling modes on exploratory innovation and utilitarian innovation of small and micro enterprises are empirically analyzed. The results show that in exploratory innovation, the dual coupling of technology and market ability, the dual coupling of technology and design ability, and the triple coupling of technology, market and design ability have significant positive effects on the promotion of innovation activities. In utilitarian innovation, the dual coupling of technology and market capability and the dual coupling of market and design ability will have a significant positive impact on the promotion of innovation activities, and the triple coupling mode has no significant effect on innovation activities. The results show that different coupling modes between technology, market and design capability play different roles in exploratory innovation and utilitarian innovation in small and micro enterprises. It is helpful to perfect the coupling model of innovation for different innovation activities.
