众创空间嵌入式服务模式研究

【摘要】：“大众创业,万众创新”的兴起,引发国内创新创业热潮,众创空间成为扶持初创科技型中小企业的新型服务平台。相较于科技企业孵化器和加速器等孵化平台,众创空间更加具有基础性、开放性、全面性和灵活性等特征,是众多创客们进行创业的第一平台。众创空间服务对象大众化的特征为其服务模式带来了新的挑战,需要具有个性化、针对性的特点。因此,创新服务能力和服务模式成为众创空间脱颖而出的核心,只有服务创客、服务实体经济、服务产业发展的众创空间才能健康成长。本文鉴于众创空间在创新服务模式研究领域的缺乏,基于企业孵化的视角,结合众创空间和嵌入式服务的内涵和特征,总结出嵌入式服务这一创新服务模式在众创空间平台上推广的契合度和必要性。并采用案例研究的方法,按照综合性和有效性的原则选取四个众创空间案例,进行案例分析讨论,并构建了众创空间嵌入式服务模式的模型,最后针对众创空间构建嵌入式服务模式的过程中存在的问题,基于众创空间和政府两个层面提出了一定的对策和建议,以期促进众创空间更好地为创客服务以及为后续的研究讨论和实践探索提供一定的参考。
[Abstract]:The rise of "mass entrepreneurship, mass innovation" triggered a domestic upsurge of innovation and entrepreneurship, which became a new service platform to support small and medium-sized technology-based enterprises. Compared with incubators and accelerators, the space of innovation is more basic, open, comprehensive and flexible, which is the first platform for many creators to start their own businesses. The popularization of space service objects brings a new challenge to its service model, which needs individuation and pertinence. Therefore, the innovation service ability and service mode become the core of the crowd-creation space, only the multi-innovation space of service creation, service entity economy and service industry development can grow healthily. In view of the lack of innovative service model in the field of research, based on the perspective of enterprise incubation, this paper combines the connotation and characteristics of crowdspace and embedded services. This paper summarizes the compatibility and necessity of the embedded service, which is an innovative service mode, which is popularized on the platform of crowdspace. With the method of case study, according to the principles of comprehensiveness and effectiveness, four cases of crowdspace are selected to analyze and discuss, and the model of embedded service mode of Zhongchuang Space is constructed. Finally, aiming at the problems existing in the process of constructing the embedded service mode, this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions based on the two levels of the space of the public creation and the government. In order to promote the common space for better service for creators and for the follow-up research and practical exploration to provide a certain reference.
