晋商乔家的生存哲学与经商成功之道

【摘要】：晋商乔家之所以能够历经六代,商业成功维系二百年之久,并不能单纯从机遇、经商才干、与清朝政府关系密切等方面来加以解释。其商业上成功的内在原因是良好家风的养成。乔家六代人恪守的"六不准"家规、儒商并重的教育理念、日常生活中潜移默化培养的为人处事之道和家国情怀,是晋商乔家独到的内涵和气质。转换视角,从社会史的角度透视乔家经营成功的内在动力,对于更深刻地把握晋商成功之道具有重要的帮助,更是晋商留给晋人最为宝贵的精神财富。
[Abstract]:The business success of Jin merchants has lasted for six generations and has been successful for two hundred years. It can not be explained from opportunities, business talents and close relations with the government of the Qing Dynasty. The inner reason for the success of the business is the cultivation of good family style. The "six inaccuracy" of the six generations of Joe's family, the equal education concept of Confucianism and businessmen, It is the unique connotation and temperament of the Jin Merchants' family. The transformation angle of view, from the angle of social history, reveals the inner motivation of the success of his business, which is of great help to a more profound grasp of the way of success of Jin merchants, and the most valuable spiritual wealth that Jin merchants left to the Jin people.
