移动互联时代的组织知识共享:从个体认知到团队认知

【摘要】:基于认知视角探讨了移动互联技术对组织内部个体层面、团队层面知识共享行为的影响。在个体认知层面,移动互联技术更多地表现出其工具性的一面,它改变了人与信息的连接方式,强化了个体的知识共享动机,提升了共享能力,创造出了更多的共享机会,从而促使员工更积极地贡献和获取知识;在团队认知层面,移动互联技术创造出了一个全新的、介于工作和生活之间的情境,它改变了人与人的连接方式,增进了团队成员之间的信任,从而有助于形成高水平的共享心智模型,充分发挥交互记忆系统的作用。
[Abstract]:Based on cognitive perspective, this paper discusses the influence of mobile interconnection technology on knowledge sharing behavior at individual level and team level within an organization. At the level of individual cognition, mobile interconnection technology shows its instrumental side, which changes the way people connect with information, strengthens individual motivation for knowledge sharing, enhances sharing ability, and creates more opportunities for sharing. In turn, it encourages employees to contribute and acquire knowledge more actively; at the team cognitive level, mobile networking technology creates a whole new context between work and life that changes the way people connect. It enhances the trust among team members, which helps to form a high level shared mental model and give full play to the role of interactive memory system.
