文化嵌入与集群企业创新倾向的关系及其关联机理研究——战略意图的中介效应检验

【摘要】：在集群企业开展创新活动的过程中,有些集群企业倾向于渐进性创新,而有些则更倾向于突破性创新。研究发现文化嵌入对上述集群企业的创新倾向有显著的影响。其中,个体主义和男性主义等文化嵌入明显的集群企业更具有突破性创新倾向,而权力距离和不确定性规避等文化嵌入明显的集群企业则更倾向于渐进性创新。战略意图对文化嵌入与集群企业创新倾向的关系具有中介性作用,个体主义和男性主义等文化嵌入程度深的集群企业其战略意图更具有进取性,在创新过程中更倾向于突破性创新,而权力距离和不确定性规避等文化嵌入程度明显的集群企业其战略意图相对较弱,在创新过程中更倾向于进行渐进性创新。
[Abstract]:In the process of cluster enterprises carrying out innovation, some cluster enterprises tend to incremental innovation, while others tend to breakthrough innovation. The study found that cultural embedding has a significant impact on the innovation tendency of these cluster enterprises. Among them, the enterprises with obvious cultural embedding such as individualism and masculinity have the tendency of breakthrough innovation, while those with obvious cultural embedding such as power distance and uncertainty evading are more inclined to incremental innovation. The strategic intention plays an intermediary role in the relationship between the cultural embedding and the innovation tendency of the cluster enterprises, while the enterprises with deep cultural embeddedness, such as individualism and masculinism, have more enterprising strategic intentions. In the process of innovation, it is more inclined to breakthrough innovation, while in the process of innovation, the strategic intention of cluster enterprises with obvious cultural embedding degree, such as power distance and uncertainty avoidance, is relatively weak, and they tend to carry out incremental innovation in the process of innovation.
