企业创新网络知识分工机理及实现方式

【摘要】：本文首先对知识分工与劳动分工进行了比较,然后从模块化的视角将知识分工分为知识建模、模块化分解、知识众包三个过程,分别对其机理进行了分析。最后基于Web2.0核心技术,构建了由创新社区、智能分工系统、云众包平台所构成的知识分工平台,分析得出社区交互、创意转化、技术匹配线上与线下相融合的运行模式,和同侪研发、质量控制、创意交换三大运行机制。
[Abstract]:This paper first compares the division of knowledge with the division of labor, then divides the division of knowledge into three processes: knowledge modeling, modular decomposition and knowledge crowdsourcing from the perspective of modularization. Finally, based on the core technology of Web2.0, the knowledge division platform composed of innovative community, intelligent division of labor system and cloud crowdsourcing platform is constructed, and the operation mode of community interaction, creative transformation, technology matching line and offline integration is analyzed. And peer R & D, quality control, creative exchange three major operational mechanisms.
