论国有企业员工敬业精神的培育

【摘要】:敬业精神是社会主义核心价值观在个人层面的基本要求。随着市场经济而来的功利与浮躁性等负面的东西不断给敬业精神带来了严重的冲击,一定程度上也给国有企业的改革发展造成了影响。因此,国有企业员工敬业精神的培育具有非常重要的意义。敬业精神是一种文化精神在社会职业道德中的表现,是人通过自身的职业实践活动形成的一种人生价值观。它以集体主义原则为出发点,以竞争意识为主要特点,以责任意识为核心内容,以守法精神为基本要求。敬业精神的实践构成是以劳动为本质,以社会关系为现实前提,以人的需要为内在依据。随着时代的发展,社会主义市场经济特征的敬业精神发生了从“螺丝钉”精神到自由自律精神,从无私奉献精神到互惠互利精神,从“铁人”精神到开拓进取精神的变化。国有企业具有特殊性质,培育国有企业员工敬业精神既是企业性质的必然要求,也是企业与员工自身发展的需要。当前国有企业员工的敬业精神发展符合时代需求,总体来说,国有企业员工的发展趋势良好,产生了许多敬业的好员工,但也有部分员工敬业精神淡薄,主要表现为淡薄的责任意识和竞争意识,缺乏集体主义观念、进取精神和守法精神。究其原因,在客观环境看来,一方面是国有企业缺乏竞争动力,另一方面是市场经济的消极影响。从主观因素分析主要是员工自身素质和职业信仰的缺失。从企业内部因素分析,一方面是管理制度和工作认同机制的不健全,另一方面是流于形式的宣传教育。当前国有企业员工敬业精神的培育主要从企业内部规范和员工个人的内在培育两个方面去探寻。在个人层面主要通过培养自我实现需要,增强责任意识;唤起职业信仰与职业认同心理,振奋进取精神;提高自身素质,强化竞争意识。在企业层面主要通过建立良好的认同机制,鼓励员工践行敬业行为。营造优秀的企业文化,发挥党组织的作用,统一员工思想认识,增强企业的凝聚力。在法律规范的要求下,树立权责意识,履行职业责任;培养守法精神,遵守职业道德。
[Abstract]:Professionalism is the basic requirement of socialist core values at the individual level. Along with the market economy, the negative things, such as utility and impetuosity, have brought serious impact to the spirit of respect for work, and to a certain extent have also influenced the reform and development of state-owned enterprises. Therefore, the cultivation of state-owned enterprise staff professionalism has very important significance. Professionalism is the expression of a kind of cultural spirit in social professional ethics, and it is a kind of life values formed through one's own professional practice. It takes collectivism principle as its starting point, competition consciousness as its main characteristic, responsibility consciousness as its core content and law-abiding spirit as its basic requirement. The practical constitution of professionalism is based on labor, social relations and human needs. With the development of the times, the spirit of devotion to the socialist market economy has changed from the spirit of "screw" to the spirit of freedom and self-discipline, from the spirit of selfless dedication to the spirit of mutual benefit, from the spirit of "iron man" to the spirit of pioneering and enterprising. The state-owned enterprise has the special nature, the cultivation state-owned enterprise employee devotion spirit is not only the enterprise nature inevitable request, also is the enterprise and the staff own development need. At present, the development of the employees' professionalism in state-owned enterprises is in line with the needs of the times. On the whole, the development trend of the employees of state-owned enterprises is good, resulting in many good and dedicated employees, but also some of them are weak in their professionalism. It is characterized by weak sense of responsibility and competition, lack of collectivism, enterprising spirit and law-abiding spirit. On the one hand, the state-owned enterprises lack the competitive power, on the other hand, it is the negative influence of the market economy. The subjective factor analysis is mainly the lack of staff's own quality and professional belief. On the one hand, the management system and the work identity mechanism are not perfect, on the other hand, the propaganda and education are mere forms. At present, the cultivation of employee professionalism in state-owned enterprises is mainly explored from two aspects: the internal norms of enterprises and the internal cultivation of employees. At the personal level, it can strengthen the sense of responsibility by cultivating self-actualization needs, arouse professional beliefs and professional identity psychology, and uplift the enterprising spirit; improve one's own quality and strengthen the sense of competition. At the enterprise level, employees are encouraged to practice professional behavior by establishing a good identification mechanism. Create excellent corporate culture, give play to the role of party organizations, unity of staff understanding, enhance corporate cohesion. Under the requirement of legal norms, we should set up the consciousness of power and responsibility, carry out professional responsibility, cultivate the spirit of abiding by the law and abide by the professional ethics.
