民营企业劳动用工“短工化”对工人生活状况的影响

【摘要】：在中国的劳动工人在劳资关系中弱势地位日益严峻和传统的民营企业劳动用工形式面临转型的大背景下,本文针对“短工化”这一新型劳动用工形式展开研究,分析了“短工化”劳动用工现象对工人生活状况的影响。我们可以将“短工化”看作是当前民企劳动用工的一种新的尝试,也是一种非制度化的劳动用工形式。“短工化”对劳动工人的生活状况有一定的良性影响,但是,更主要的是对劳动工人的生活状况有更多的不良影响。本文在明确了劳动用工“短工化”概念的基础上,分析了劳动用工“短工化”的特征和形成,重点论述了劳动用工“短工化”对劳动工人生活状况的影响。本文中工人的生活状况不仅仅指劳动工作时间以外的生活状况,还包括工人的劳动生活状况。本文对劳动用工“短工化”对工人的良性影响和不良影响两方面进行分析。在不良影响方面,本文聚焦于从工人工资确立机制中的地位、在劳资团结中的状况、在劳资规范化管理中的处境,以及在劳资伦理建设中的弱势四个方面进行分析。本文还运用一些案例和访谈记录对“短工化”问题进行了解释性研究,聚焦了微观层面的个案研究,运用不同的案例佐证了“短工化”为工人生活状况带来的不良影响。在长达一年的企业走访调研后,将得到的第一手资料作为论文的分析文本。本文在分析“短工化”劳动用工形式在工人劳动过程中的内在逻辑与实践特征,以及分析“短工化”对工人生活状况带来的影响后,认为在当前“强资弱劳”的背景下,“短工化”是民营企业降低劳动成本、提高生产效率的一个“好方法”,但是长期下来会使工人在劳动过程中的不稳定局面愈演愈烈,这种局面反过来影响工人生活状况。而本文认为解决这一问题,需要从四个方面入手构建解决问题的方案,来克服“短工化”给工人生活状况带来的不良影响,为营造劳资和谐、改善工人生活状况作出准备。
[Abstract]:Under the background of the increasingly severe position of labor workers in labor relations in China and the transformation of traditional labor and employment forms in private enterprises, this paper focuses on the study of "temporary labor", a new type of labor employment form. This paper analyzes the influence of the phenomenon of short-time labor on the living conditions of workers. We can regard "short-time labor" as a new attempt of labor in private enterprises at present, as well as a non-institutionalized form of labor employment. "temporary work" has a positive impact on the living conditions of working workers, but more importantly, it has more adverse effects on the living conditions of working workers. On the basis of defining the concept of "short-time labor", this paper analyzes the characteristics and formation of "short-time labor", and emphatically discusses the influence of "short-time labor" on the living conditions of labor workers. In this paper, the living conditions of workers are not only those outside working hours, but also those of workers. This paper analyzes the positive and negative effects of "short-time labor" on workers. In the aspect of adverse influence, this paper focuses on four aspects: the position in the mechanism of workers' wages, the situation in the unity of labor and capital, the situation in the standardized management of labor and capital, and the weakness in the construction of labor ethics. This paper also uses some cases and interview records to explain the problem of "short-working", focusing on micro-level case studies, and using different cases to prove the adverse effects of "short-working" on workers' living conditions. After a year of research, the first-hand information will be used as the analytical text of the thesis. After analyzing the internal logic and practical characteristics of "short-time" labor form in the process of workers' labor, and the influence of "short-time labor" on workers' living conditions, this paper thinks that under the background of "strong capital and weak labor", "temporary labor" is a "good method" for private enterprises to reduce labor costs and improve production efficiency, but the instability of workers in the process of labor will become more and more serious over a long period of time, which in turn affects the living conditions of workers. In order to solve this problem, we need to construct a solution from four aspects to overcome the adverse effects of "temporary work" on workers' living conditions, and to prepare for the construction of harmony between labor and capital and the improvement of workers' living conditions.
