全球化视角下中国本土企业创新网络演化分析——以华为技术有限公司为例

【摘要】：企业创新网络演化是分析企业创新能力变化的重要依据。在经济全球化的推动下,东道国企业创新网络的演化既受外商研发投资的影响,也受本土企业海外研发投资的驱动。本文基于企业生命周期理论,结合企业创新网络的内涵及要素,首先分析企业创新网络的演化过程,并将其划分为萌芽、扩展、成熟和更替等四个阶段;其次,探索演化过程中企业创新网络各阶段的特征及其发展规律;最后,以华为技术有限公司为例,分析全球化视角下我国本土企业创新网络演化历程,揭示我国本土企业创新网络演化的特征及规律,并提出相关启示。
[Abstract]:The evolution of enterprise innovation network is an important basis for analyzing the change of enterprise innovation ability. Under the impetus of economic globalization, the evolution of innovation network of host country enterprises is not only influenced by foreign R & D investment, but also driven by overseas R & D investment of local enterprises. Based on the theory of enterprise life cycle and the connotation and elements of enterprise innovation network, this paper first analyzes the evolution process of enterprise innovation network, and divides it into four stages: germination, expansion, maturity and replacement. Finally, taking Huawei Technology Co., Ltd as an example, this paper analyzes the evolution process of Chinese native enterprises' innovation network from the perspective of globalization. This paper reveals the characteristics and laws of innovation network evolution of local enterprises in China, and puts forward some relevant revelations.
