一汽集团智能汽车发展战略研究

【摘要】:汽车作为一个工业产品已经为人类服务近一百三十年,给经济、社会发展提供了不可替代的支撑作用,是名副其实的“改造世界的机器”,它在20世纪给世界装上了轮子。如今,汽车产业已经十分庞大,2016年全球汽车产销量超过9000万辆,汽车产业已经成为经济和社会生活的重要支柱。然而,体量庞大的汽车产业和可观的汽车保有量,也带来了一定的负面影响,如环境污染、能源危机、交通安全、道路拥堵等,可以说汽车为我们带来了便利的同时也造成了问题,汽车产业的发展既有刚性需求的促进,也有来自多方面的制约。汽车工业发展的一百多年历程中,技术路线相对稳定,基本遵循渐进性的发展规律,少有变革性的进步,而尽管如今技术已经十分成熟,但面对汽车所带来的问题,现有技术方案仍不能很好地解决,解决这些问题的根本出路在于寻找新的车辆动力方案和新的汽车使用方式。在此基础上,新能源汽车和智能汽车成为当下发展的热点,各厂商纷纷着手相关的技术与产业布局。国外主流汽车强企早已制定相关的战略与产品投放计划,并开始真正着手智能汽车的研究,部分企业已将初步的技术成果应用于上市产品。可以说,无论在国家层面还是企业层面,我国汽车产业在技术水平和战略眼光上均与国外有明显差距,长期以来都以追随者的姿态参与其中。智能汽车不仅是未来的重要发展趋势,也蕴含着不可忽视的巨大市场,因此,国内车企尽管起步较晚,但大多数也已开始智能汽车的研发。一汽集团作为中国汽车产业领军者之一,拥有雄厚的技术、人才、资源等基础,在智能汽车研发上相对领先于国内其他车企。最近几年,受制于竞争环境改变、国企体制僵化、战略规划不落地等因素,集团经营状况不佳,这必将在一定程度上影响智能汽车研究的推进。本文以企业战略理论为基础,主要采用了文献分析法和案例实证分析法,通过大量企业战略及汽车智能化相关文献的阅读、对一汽集团内部有关单位的调研,在掌握相关信息和数据资料的基础上,对一汽集团智能汽车发展现状进行了分析和研究,结合公司现实条件,指出智能汽车发展战略制定及过程中存在的问题,深入分析问题形成的原因,为未来发展战略的制定提供支撑和借鉴。通过SWOT分析法对一汽智能汽车发展的内、外部环境进行了分析,与竞争对手进行对标,在此基础上确立了适合一汽智能汽车发展的战略,并结合一汽的实际情况提出了相应保障措施。
[Abstract]:As an industrial product, automobile has served for nearly 130 years. It has provided irreplaceable support for the development of economy and society. It is a "machine to transform the world" in the 20th century. It installed wheels on the world in the 20th century. Today, the auto industry is already huge, with more than 90 million cars produced and sold worldwide in 2016, and the auto industry has become an important pillar of economic and social life. However, the huge volume of the automobile industry and the considerable amount of vehicle ownership have also brought some negative effects, such as environmental pollution, energy crisis, traffic safety, road congestion, etc. It can be said that the automobile has brought us convenience but also caused problems. The development of automobile industry has not only the promotion of rigid demand, but also the restriction from many aspects. In the more than 100 years of development of the automobile industry, the technical route is relatively stable, following the law of gradual development, and there is little revolutionary progress. But although the technology is now very mature, it faces the problems brought about by the automobile. The existing technical scheme can not solve these problems well. The basic way to solve these problems lies in finding new vehicle power scheme and new vehicle usage mode. On this basis, new energy vehicles and intelligent vehicles have become the focus of the current development, manufacturers have begun to related technology and industrial layout. The foreign mainstream automobile strong enterprises have already formulated the related strategy and the product launch plan, and began to really start the intelligent automobile research, some enterprises already applied the preliminary technical achievement to the listed product. It can be said that at the national level and the enterprise level, China's automobile industry has a clear gap with foreign countries in terms of technical level and strategic vision, and has long participated in it as a follower. Smart car is not only an important development trend in the future, but also contains a huge market that can not be ignored. Therefore, although domestic auto enterprises started relatively late, most of them have started the research and development of intelligent vehicle. FAW Group, one of the leading automotive industry leaders in China, has a solid base of technology, talent and resources, and is relatively ahead of other domestic auto companies in the research and development of smart cars. In recent years, restricted by the change of the competitive environment, the state-owned enterprise system is rigid, the strategic plan does not fall to the ground and so on, the group management condition is not good, this certainly will influence the intelligent automobile research to some extent the advancement. Based on the enterprise strategy theory, this paper mainly adopts the literature analysis method and the case empirical analysis method, through a large number of enterprise strategy and automobile intelligence related literature reading, to the FAW group internal related units investigation. On the basis of mastering the relevant information and data, this paper analyzes and studies the present situation of the development of the intelligent automobile in FAW Group, and points out the problems existing in the formulation of the development strategy and the process of the intelligent automobile development strategy, combined with the actual conditions of the company. Analyze the causes of the problem in depth, and provide support and reference for the formulation of future development strategy. The internal and external environment of the development of FAW intelligent vehicle is analyzed by SWOT analysis, and the strategy suitable for the development of FAW intelligent vehicle is established on the basis of analyzing the internal and external environment of the development of FAW intelligent vehicle. Combined with the actual situation of FAW, the corresponding safeguard measures are put forward.
