全球采购环境下F公司木制家具产品供应商的选择与评价

【摘要】：全球采购因采供双方地理位置、文化传统、货币政策等因素的影响,其过程也变得更为复杂多变。由此,建立一套高效的供应商选择与评价体系来帮助企业选择合适的供应商显得尤为重要。本文选取了全球采购环境下如何进行供应商的选择与评价作为研究内容。通过对全球采购环境下供应商选择评估理论进行论述,分析F公司在供应商选择评价方面存在的问题并提出改进建议;与此同时,结合F公司木制家具产品的特点提出将市场反应能力列入供应商评估指标,结合层次分析法构建出整套定量与定性相结合的供应商选择评价体系;接着,以F公司基于全球采购战略对木制文件柜供应商的选择与评价为例对所构建的供应商评价体系进行实例分析。最后,通过评价结果对比,新构建的供应商评价体系能更全面地评估并挑选出合适的供应商。
[Abstract]:The process of global procurement has become more complex and changeable due to the geographical location, cultural tradition, monetary policy and other factors. Therefore, it is very important to establish an efficient supplier selection and evaluation system to help enterprises select suitable suppliers. In this paper, how to select and evaluate suppliers in the global procurement environment is selected as the research content. By discussing the theory of supplier selection and evaluation in the global purchasing environment, this paper analyzes the problems existing in supplier selection and evaluation in F Company and puts forward some suggestions for improvement. According to the characteristics of wooden furniture products of F Company, this paper puts forward that the market reaction ability should be included in the supplier evaluation index, and the whole set of supplier selection and evaluation system combining quantitative and qualitative analysis can be constructed with AHP. Taking the selection and evaluation of suppliers of wooden filing cabinets based on the global procurement strategy of company F as an example, the supplier evaluation system is analyzed. Finally, by comparing the evaluation results, the new supplier evaluation system can evaluate and select the suitable supplier more comprehensively.
