行为安全管理系统中企业员工安全意识的研究

【摘要】:近年来我国企业的安全问题日益突出,安全生产形势不容乐观。频发的企业安全事故,给国家和企业带来了巨大的经济损失,也给人们的人身安全与健康造成了无法逆转的伤害。研究表明,人的不安全行为是造成安全事故发生的主要原因。在众多影响安全行为的因素中,安全意识成为主要的参量指标。本文将研究视角放在企业内部,从影响员工安全意识的人因的角度出发,分析人因的主要影响因素之一——交互关系。交互关系作为人与人之间的信息流通渠道,不仅对员工个体安全意识起到主导作用,同时对企业员工整体的安全意识水平也起到决定作用。首先,基于行为安全管理系统,以企业员工为研究对象,利用复杂系统理论分析企业内部员工的交互关系及其安全意识,同时根据目前企业现状分析了两者之间的作用关系。然后,分析了企业内部员工交互关系的主要影响因素。根据理论分析和企业现状,将影响员工交互关系的因素分为个人属性、个人素养、沟通技能及外在环境,进而编制和设计了19个关于员工交互关系影响因素的观测指标。通过在鞍山某企业发放调查问卷、收集并整理数据,利用结构状态方程建立系统模型,采用定性和定量相结合的方法分析不同因素对企业内部员工交互关系的影响作用。其次,分析了企业内部不同的员工交互关系对员工安全意识的影响作用。根据企业内部员工交互关系现状,编制和设计了12个关于交互关系对员工安全意识影响作用的观测指标。通过进一步的问卷调查和数据整理,采用主成分分析的方法分析不同的交互关系对员工安全意识的影响程度。根据分析结果,得出了该企业员工安全意识的综合评价公式。再次,建立Lotka-Volterra模型,同时针对模型仿真后平衡点出现不稳定的现象进行改进。根据上述分析结果制定了不同的员工交互关系改善方案,并采用模型模拟改善方案作用前后员工安全意识的变化。仿真结果验证了改善方案的可行性,同时也进一步分析和说明了企业内部员工交互关系对员工安全意识的影响作用。最后,根据上述实证分析及仿真结果,得出了相关结论。并以提升员工安全意识和确保企业安全生产为目标,给出了具体的改进建议。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the safety problem of our country enterprise is more and more prominent, the safe production situation is not optimistic. The frequent enterprise safety accidents have brought huge economic losses to the country and enterprises, and also caused irreversible harm to people's personal safety and health. The study shows that human unsafe behavior is the main cause of safety accidents. Among the many factors affecting safety behavior, safety awareness is the main parameter index. In this paper, the author puts the research perspective on the enterprise interior and analyzes the interaction, one of the main influencing factors of human factors, from the point of view of the human factors that affect the safety consciousness of employees. Interaction, as a channel of information circulation between people, not only plays a leading role in the individual safety awareness of employees, but also plays a decisive role in the overall level of safety awareness of employees in enterprises. First of all, based on the behavior safety management system, taking the enterprise staff as the research object, using the complex system theory to analyze the interaction relationship and the security consciousness of the employees within the enterprise, at the same time, according to the current situation of the enterprise, the paper analyzes the relationship between the two. Then, the main influencing factors of employee interaction are analyzed. According to the theoretical analysis and the current situation of the enterprise, the factors that affect the employee interaction are divided into personal attributes, personal accomplishment, communication skills and external environment, and then 19 observation indexes about the influencing factors of employee interaction are compiled and designed. A questionnaire was distributed in an Anshan enterprise to collect and arrange the data. The system model was established by using the structural state equation. The influence of different factors on the employee interaction was analyzed by the method of qualitative and quantitative analysis. Secondly, the influence of different employee interaction on employee safety consciousness is analyzed. According to the present situation of employee interaction in enterprises, 12 observation indexes about the effect of interaction on employee safety consciousness were compiled and designed. Through further questionnaire survey and data collation, principal component analysis (PCA) was used to analyze the influence of different interaction on employee safety awareness. According to the analysis result, the comprehensive evaluation formula of the employee's safety consciousness is obtained. Thirdly, the Lotka-Volterra model is established, and the instability of equilibrium point after simulation is improved. According to the above analysis results, different employee interaction improvement schemes were developed, and a model was used to simulate the changes of employee safety awareness before and after the improvement program. The simulation results verify the feasibility of the improved scheme, and at the same time, further analyze and explain the effect of employee interaction on employee safety awareness. Finally, according to the above empirical analysis and simulation results, the relevant conclusions are obtained. In order to enhance the safety awareness of employees and ensure the safety of production as the goal, the specific suggestions for improvement are given.
