公司集团化财务管理体系构建——以NF公司为例

【摘要】：很多集团公司长期以来一直致力于拓展市场业务,忽视了内部管理,以致财务管理出现诸多问题。基于此,本文以NF公司为研究对象探讨该公司当前的财务管理现状,并针对存在的问题提出完善建议,为该公司构建科学高效的财务管理体系,进而提升集团资源配置效率和市场竞争力。
[Abstract]:Many group companies have long been committed to market expansion, ignoring internal management, resulting in a lot of financial management problems. Based on this, this paper takes NF Company as the research object to discuss the current financial management situation of the company, and puts forward some perfect suggestions for the existing problems, so as to build a scientific and efficient financial management system for the company. And then improve the efficiency of resource allocation and market competitiveness.
