可靠性工程在M公司中的应用研究

【摘要】:本文对M公司导入可靠性工程方法的原因、过程和成果进行了系统的论述分析,主要内容包括以下几个方面:第一,介绍了可靠性工程方法的研究进展和现状;第二、分析了M公司在2014年前质量与可靠性方面存在的问题,以及解决这些问题的思路,即系统导入可靠性工程方法;第三、对M公司采用的可靠性工程方法的具体策略进行了系统的论述分析,并给出了两个典型示例;第四、对M公司导入可靠性工程方法后取得的成果和收益进行了详细分析。通过本文的论述分析可以发现,可靠性工程方法引入的全生命周期可靠性管理对全面质量管理在时间上的进行了延展,也大大的丰富了质量管理的内容。通过应用可靠性工程方法,不仅解决了M公司2014年前在质量与可靠性方面存在的问题,而且在人员能力、组织和体系、产品品质、公司口碑等方面都取得了一批成果,并通过迭代升级实现持续的改善和提升。本文总结归纳的可靠性提升管理策略,具有相对低成本、见效较快以及可行性好等特点,适用于其他企业和行业的推广应用,对于提高中国产品的可靠性乃至中国制造的竞争力都具有一定的参考价值,具有较大的社会和经济意义。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the reasons, processes and achievements of introducing reliability engineering methods in M Company are systematically discussed and analyzed. The main contents include the following aspects: first, the research progress and present situation of reliability engineering methods are introduced; Secondly, the paper analyzes the problems in quality and reliability of M Company before 2014, and the way to solve these problems, that is, introducing reliability engineering method into the system; Thirdly, the concrete strategy of reliability engineering method adopted by M Company is systematically discussed and analyzed, and two typical examples are given. Fourthly, the achievements and benefits obtained by M Company after the introduction of reliability engineering method are analyzed in detail. Through the discussion and analysis of this paper, it can be found that the whole life cycle reliability management introduced by the reliability engineering method extends the time of total quality management, and greatly enriches the content of quality management. By applying the reliability engineering method, not only the problems existing in the quality and reliability of M Company before 2014 are solved, but also a number of achievements have been made in personnel ability, organization and system, product quality, company reputation, etc. And through iterative upgrade to achieve continuous improvement and improvement. This paper summarizes the reliability promotion management strategy, which has the characteristics of relatively low cost, quick effect and good feasibility. It is suitable for other enterprises and industries to promote and apply. It has certain reference value for improving the reliability of Chinese products and the competitiveness of Chinese manufacture, and has great social and economic significance.
