创新搜索和惯例的调节作用下联盟组合伙伴多样性对创新绩效的影响研究

【摘要】：基于资源观视角探讨了联盟组合伙伴多样性对企业创新绩效的影响,以及创新搜索强度和联盟惯例在两者关系中所起到的调节作用。研究结果表明,多样性的联盟伙伴是企业技术创新活动的重要来源;并且在联盟组合资源向企业创新绩效的转化过程中,创新搜索强度和联盟惯例发挥了调节作用。
[Abstract]:Based on the view of resources, this paper discusses the influence of the diversity of alliance portfolio partners on the innovation performance of enterprises, and the moderating role of innovation search intensity and alliance convention in the relationship between the two. The results show that the diversity of alliance partners is an important source of enterprise technological innovation activities, and innovation search intensity and alliance convention play a regulating role in the transformation of alliance combination resources to enterprise innovation performance.
