僵尸企业的识别与应对

【摘要】：正僵尸企业的存在大大影响了行业效率的提升,加剧产能过剩,并最终影响市场机制的发挥,损害经济增长的长期动力近期,中央多次发文,要求各地加快清理僵尸企业(zombie firm)。从国际经验来看,僵尸企业并不是最近才在中国出现。20世纪90年代,日本到处都是僵尸企业;受2008年国际金融危机的冲击,美国一度也出现了大批僵尸企业。所谓僵尸企业,指那些债台高筑、经营效率低下,但由于获得银行或政府的支持而免于倒闭的企业。
[Abstract]:The existence of zombie enterprises has greatly affected the improvement of industry efficiency, aggravated overcapacity, and ultimately affected the exertion of the market mechanism, damaging the long-term driving force of economic growth. Recently, the Central Committee has repeatedly issued papers. Require all localities to speed up the clean-up of zombie enterprises (zombie firm). From the international experience, zombie enterprises are not only emerging in China recently. In the 1990s, Japan was full of zombie enterprises, and at one time a large number of zombie enterprises appeared in the United States under the impact of the 2008 international financial crisis. Zombie businesses are highly indebted, inefficient businesses that are protected from failure because of bank or government support.
